“I just loved the ease of ordering online, website is easy to navigate, you can do an online message if need be as I did. The staff offered to go and measure the length of the maxi dress for me as I feared it may have been too long for me. The delivery turn around was amazing, I had my garment the next day. It was so easy that my fingers somehow managed to order another dress a couple of days later 😊 I would highly recommend Lilac & Mila . I will be back”

“first time ordering from you and everything good but not sure about your no refund just credit policy!!!! Makes me reluctant to buy from you, would rather buy from someone who refunds.”

Hi Lovely, Thanks for your review, unfortunately in the past when refunds were offered customers would buy multiple sizes of items and then return them for refunds, meaning that other customers missed out. Thanks for your review though. Kindest

“Service was excellent. I think the sizing might be a little inconsistent. One of the dresses I ordered was too small & the return was handled professionally & promptly. The gorgeous designs & fabric prints & the superior service will ensure I will become a frequent shopper & supporter of this brand.”
