This is literally the worst medical services company ever. The staff is beyond unfriendly, not helpful and incompetent, their customer service is a joke and unreachable, they are incapable of placing, executing and delivering orders for CPAP correctly. This company should be prohibited for how bad they treat patients. Their intentional negligence and incompetence puts patients lives at risk. Tell your doctor you don’t want to work with J&L / Lincare.

The billing department is horrible ! My bills are always wrong . I don't want to deal with a company I have to keep such a close eye on . I have wonderful insurance where I only pay like 7.90 a month for my supplies and then one month I will get like 40.00 for the same stuff and I have to say no I always only pay this much and they look around and go oh okay I see the problem someone had it in the computer as only 80 percent covered . I mean basically everytime I get a bill I have to call in and have it fixed just to turn around and when I get a bill again it's messed up all over I'm about done with this . Nothing more annoying then spending my time on the phone correcting someone else's job .

Cant give them any stars- they are truly awful . This is absolutely one of the worst companies ever!!!!!!! Horrible customer service with the most rude representatives I have ever encountered. They either lie or are completely incompetent, they''ll say you are under contract with them, when you're not. They say you have equipment when you dont. Their records are all screwed up. You call multiple times and sit on hold forever only to be told someone will call you back and of course, they NEVER do. Seriously, no one should ever use this company

Woman you have to speak too is horrible. I'm 76 disabled and have copd. She rushes me off the phone. Has no patience. Delivery guys aren't bad. I've even called corporate to no avail

Poor communications running around with their employees asking for my personal data again and again: bad on-line Lincare business. Time to resolve my breathing issues. Transfer to a better respiratory company

If I could give them a zero I would. Their billing is so awful you can’t tell if they are double charging. IF YOU FINALLY reach them, they tell you that the6 can’t see your bill. Well - then who can? Their “new portal” is filled with NA. Beyond frustrating. And the answer their phone letting you know nobody in the USA received a bill for the first 6 months of the year. Great.

My one star is for the 2 ladies in the office in Warrenton OR. Lincare contracts with a third party supplier for CPAP supplies who sucks. We have placed multiple orders and they call you from an unknown number to "verify" the order you placed...it makes no sense. Then, if you don't answer your phone, they cancel the order. We have been going through this for the last 2 months, and we are extremely unhappy, and may be going with a different company and hope they can do better.

I have tried for 2 weeks now to get my oxygen tanks refilled. Customer service at the quitman Texas office is pathetic. I now completely understand why lincaure has had a lot of lawsuits against them. I will never refer them. Also will let hospital know that referred them.

Twice now Lincare has changed my credit card over 400.00 each time. It is covered through my insurance and I should not be billed! Infuriating that this company is so inept. Contacting The Better Business Bureau. Absolutely ridiculous!

If I could give this place a negative 4 stars I would. They are terrible,no customer service no people skills at all. They are not the place to do business if possible go somewhere else. They refuse to bill the insurance first and want all the money upfront. Go elsewhere whenever possible Trust the reviews people.

Such a frustrating co to work with both locally and nationally—-VERY unfriendly ppl—-incompetent—never get what I order—last order over 1 year ago I ordered 2 nasal pieces—-I received 5 (got charged for 6) and a headpiece—called local office and was told how much it would cost if I kept it—-it was TOTALLY wrong—received a bill for $132.00 which I payed—-11 months later I receive another bill for $49.00 for I don’t know what as I haven’t ordered anything in a year—-the woman I talked to was so RUDE the I yelled at her and hung up—-I will NEVER use this company again!!! Was told no bills had been sent out in 6 months—-this company is SO mismanaged I cannot believe they are still in business —-DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I have tried numerous times to get them to answer the phone. They had a guy named Joe that was fantastic, but sadly he quit about 3 weeks after we signed up with Lincare. Haven't seen a tech since then and can't get them to answer the phone. Not a good way to run a business.

I got the runaround for 2mos trying to get a new CPAP. Customer service is horrible and now I'm receiving bills on supplies I didn't order. I was told that they no longer work with my insurance, so of course I no longer ordered anything. This is the worst company I have ever worked with. Stay away!!!!!!!!

I was told I had 1 week to get a different mask for the CPap . I called to try and talk to someone and the person that answered said they had 48 hours to call me back. I waited and no one called me back. I called 48 hours later and no one answered the phone. I decided to take the CPap back and I will deal with another company. Their customer service is very poor. I drove 24 miles each way to get there and I will never go back. The only thing that was good was Ashley.

I ordered annual replacement parts for a BPAP device mid March 2024. As of July 2, 2024 I still don't have any supplies. The original order was cancelled(reason unknown). Then I needed preauthorization from my insurance. Insurance had already provided authorization. Then 3 times it was supposedly shipped, but never received! No one seems to know why. My headband is broken( using an old shoe string), no pillows or filters and the hoses are showing signs of distress. I told my spouse if I die during the night or the roof blows off the house to contact the meanest most obnoxious attorney on the planet to file a law suit against Lincare!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!! I have been on hold with Lincare and their associate company trying to get a. a monthly invoice b. a backpack for my portable concentrator I will change suppliers the minute I get the ok from my doc and insurance.
