Easy to transition but the vendor that we’ve moved to has quite a clunky website and no app!

We do not have any issues with “Look after my Bills” but the communication from Toto, (your nominated supplier) has not been as good as I expected. Maybe you should follow up of the suppliers performance.

So far so good, Look After My Bills found me a company who I pay what I think is a reasonable DD every month, but have only been with them a few months so have yet to see what happens next year.
