“I ordered a Foreo device that was defective, it would not power on despite over 24 hours of charging. I had to message customer service multiple times explaining myself over and over that there was not external physical damage to the device. I finally was given return instructions. I had to pay for the return out of pocket. It’s almost been 6 weeks with no refund so I contacted CS again and they’re asking for proof of shipment. So for US customers who are accustomed to the convenience getting a return label with your purchase, I would just avoid purchasing from this company. I’ll probably just let them keep my $150 because I’m over it. I will definitely not be purchasing from them again!”

“It has been one month and i've spend a hundred on my items yet none of it arrived. When enquired, they keep asking me repeated questions and did not investigate nor send a refund or solutions. A scam.”

“Ordered and items supposedly despatched on 02 May. Waited for 2 weeks and still nothing. Wrote in and they suggested that I wait till 02 June as delivery could take up to 30days. It’s 03 June now and still nothing. Tried contacting their customer service to no avail. For some reason their Live Chat function has not been available the whole morning.”

“I ordered a Elemis product and when I received my parcel one of the item was empty. I contact with them and they was telling me for 3 week straight that they will send the item again to me. The item cost 70£ and after 3 week the send me and email who they are saying that they will not send my item and that they closed my account so I can’t contact with them. Terrible customer service!!!!”

“Typed in the bundle promotion code and my free gift never came. Contacted the company and they said I hadn't added it to the basket. There was no option to do this and I confirmed this with them. They then replied that it was because I'd added another offer. At no point was this clear. It seems they swop their stories to suit. Terrible company.”

“I spent a lot on my order and on delivery realised most my products were missing from the package. I have been different advisors contacting me and say they are investigating as they apparently weigh their products. I have told them numerous deliveries have been opened and maybe there is an issue with the delivery service. The way they are delaying sorting out the issue is as if they think I stole the goods I paid for!! Its a lot of money they aren't currently refunding or replacing the goods for... Its only been a few days but so far its been handled terribly.. Won't be ordering from here agai”

“I placed an order on Wednesday 18th May and requested next day delivery. I sat in on Thursday 19th waiting for my delivery (over £80 worth of skincare), only for it not to turn up. When I checked my email Evri stated that my order had been delayed, could not tell me why and said they would try to deliver it on the next working day. I contacted LookFantastic via Instagram DM and asked if they could simply get in touch with Evri for me to find out where my parcel was. A lady named Megan took my contact information and assured me that she would contact Evri and come back to me. The next thing I know, a second lady named Iona has contacted me stating that my refund for next day delivery would be processed (not a refund for my order). I advised her that I had not yet asked for any refund, I just wanted their help contacting Evri, as no one was available to talk to there. Appalling customer service, I just want my parcel. If it comes to it I’ll ask for a full refund, but reading some of these reviews, it sounds like it’ll be a tall order. What a shame, will never order from them again.”

“Terrible company I ordered over £125.00 of products as it kept flashing saying if you spend over £125 you will get a free bundle, I put code in to receive a bundle worth £213.00 I never received it, the girl Amy offered me a £5 discount when I said I haven’t received this , ibut it’s not good enough, I wanted the bundle, I spend lots with this company, I will not be using them again. If this is how they treat there customers they don’t deserve my custom ,I have my own business I am glad I don’t treat my customers like this. Plus my parcel was missing for 2 days they had delivered it to somewhere else it took me 2 days to trace it. The inconvenience is unbelievable ! They should be giving me the bundle for that alone never mind spending more than I should have done !”

“EXTREMELY POOR CLIENT SERVICE HERE. I should have checked here before I order... I have ordered 27th of April and currently still not arrived yet. Client advisors reply same template ( I only live chat there 2 times within a month time) and full of lying on the website delivery information. This is the worst online shopping experience ever to be quite honest. DO NOT ORDER FROM LOOK FANTASTIC.”

“After wasting my time for a month and me keeping receiving messages that the courier was attempting delivery for a period of 3 weeks, the order was returned and the money was refunded. Communication with lookfantastic in the meanwhile was horrible. I was touch with at least 6 different customer reps. They where all requesting me different type of information. A truly confused sorry bunch of time wasters!”

“This review is about Lookfantasic customer service. It's the worst I have ever seen. IN April I have ordered a beauty box, after seeing what was inside and being interested in those products. In MAY I did NOT receive the April box but I received the CHRISTMAS one! I complained it was not what I ordered and they say there is no mistakes from their side. Really??? I order in April something (you probably did not sell) from December?? And for their mistake, they are asking ME to go to the post office and spend money to send it back to UK. R U kidding guys??? #WORKSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVER”

“I had put items in my basket and didnt have enough funds in my bank...so i thought no more about it but today they took an unauthorised 100 pound from my bank...these items were sitting in my basket a month my bank told me they have tried 5 times to take payment..im now left 90 overdrawn and had to cancel my bank card...sure they dont have the right to check out items in a basket without my permission”

“Terrible customer service. I took a reaction to foundation that I had never tried before and contacted LF team. They have been using delaying tactics for at least a month and allege that their quality control team need to review matter. It is appalling that they sell cosmetics and have no policy in place for customer taking allergic reaction. Will never use this company again!”
