Ordered 6 bimonthly marvel box in March and haven’t gotten anything. Can’t get any answers from the company other than it’s delayed. Lame AF!

Was a long time subscriber. At first, crates were shipped as expected with no issue. Early 2018, they sent notice that they had to increase prices. From that point on, crates were delayed every month, with no explanation. Additionally, the quality of the started to decrease...you still got the t-shirt, but most of the rest of the items were much like something you would find in a fast-food kids meal. After several months of no obvious improvements, I canceled.

Every Crate no matter what variation you pick is shipped late (like months late). Customer service doesn’t even care and are very insulting. Good luck if you try to buy as a gift, because it might never come.

I had this subscription for a few months and what a joke, the took my money for a 3 month subscription and didn't received any boxes, while i am back and fort with evasive emails from them, they renewed my subscription for another 3 months, there is no phone number to get in touch with them, just some evasive person on an email, this is by far the worse subscription box i ever had and i have and had several.

I basically ordered Loot Anime, and Loot Crate on March 1st, it took them over a month for Loot Crate after March 30th, and Loot Anime was finally shipped on May 20th. Definitely never buying crates from them again. They kept delaying the Anime one as well

I would give them no stars if I could. I ordered my husband a subscription for February. Fast forward to May, no crates, delays every month. I have not received one crate. I asked for them to just refund me my money. They gave me half and now continue to send me automated emails that don’t even pertain to what I am asking. Loot crate stole my money and refuse to give it back. Worst service and customer service. Pretty sure they will go bankrupt soon. Hold on to your money folks!

I paid money in November for the January crate (as told by their customer service team). I finally received this today, May 21st. This is ridiculous Do not sign up on this service

I was getting them for my daughter, who truly loved them and at fist there was no problems. She got the monthly Loot Crate subscription. BUT over the past year the CONSTANT shipping delays, their failure to pro-actively notify customers that there would be delays, their long delay in responding to queries as to when crates would ship, BUT their having no problem charging your card at the beginning of the month finally made even my daughter say cancel it. Starting in June 2019 she will get a Beauty Box subscription.

be ready to Waite up to 100 days before you even see a crate, its been 95 since I ordered mine and they have no clue where it is, it takes them 48 hours per reply if they even bother to reply at all, highly suggest that you report them to the Better Buissnes Bureau. And they won't refund me as it's been shipped and still may arrive even though it's over 70 days past when they said it would get to me

I’ve been a subscriber for 5 years. My son loved the crates. This last year when I was billed. I was billed to invoices, overcharged & not able to get an answer from lootcrate after several attempts. Poor costumer service. I’m out of the extra cash because I don’t know who to contact & I’ve canceled my subscription. There is many other subscription boxes much easier to deal with that care about their costumers. Good Luck with LootCrate.

Terrible service, I thought this was going to be really great, and I should have read the reviews before hand, but loot crate sucks! I have paid 3 months already and only received one crate, my April crate is being delayed until end of May! I am canceling my service. Its terrible service, I should have kept my boxy charm, they were right on point!

I have not received crates that have bees paid for. Difficult to explain to a child that their gift will it be arriving, again. There is zero communication from them.

They are thieves. I had the monthly clothing subscription, they had a "warehouse issue" 5 months in a row leading to me not receiving the same clothing item in every box. When I asked for a partial refund for the product they had not given they said not only will they not give me my money back, but they dont have to give me my items either.

It's a scam. They took my money and 3 months later I still haven't received my order and when I asked for a refund they told me no all they would offer me is 10% off my next crate which I will not be buying because I refused to give them another cent of my money.

I ordered the March Marvel box back during the first week of February. As of now, my order has an "estimated" ship date of June 2019 and this is the third shipment date change I have noticed. I only received one notification of shipment delays. Also, I only ordered one box and my credit card was charged for an additional box even though I went into my settings and turned off my subscription (or so I thought). After the second charge, I went back into my settings to try to cancel the subscription and I had to go through literally 8 or 9 windows to "cancel" my subscription. This was two weeks and now, my cancellation is still "pending" with Loot Crate. When I sent a support ticket saying how dissatisfied I was their service and the constant delays, I received an email that was clearly a copy and pasted reply of where to check for updates on shipment delays. I sent in another support ticket today requesting a refund for the May box seeing that it will also be delayed since the MARCH box has yet to be sent out. If I receive another copy and paste response and do not get a refund, I plan on going directly to my credit union to appeal the charges since even the tired people working there have better customer service than Loot Crate seems to have.

I ordered three boxes months ago and have only received one notification about the shipment being delayed. I haven't even been emailed personally, just a mass email telling me to figure out when my order will be shipped. Terrible service, terribly mismanaged, huge mistake ordering from them.

I ordered a 3 month subscription for my son of the Marvel Loot Crate as a Christmas Gift. In January, his first box, S.H.I.E.L.D. arrived - he was super excited and loved the items in the box. As a parent, and the person spending the money I thought it was well worth it. My daughter, college aged, also loved it and asked for a subscription for her birthday. Fast-forward to March - we were all super excited to receive our Captain Marvel themed box, especially with the highly anticipated release of the movie. March came and went - nothing. April came and went - nothing. So I emailed , I got a canned "We're sorry...nothing we can do" for you response you can expect it in June. No offer of a discount, maybe mail out something extra for our inconvenience, nothing for the money I have already been billed for and spent. JUNE FOR THE MARCH BOX?? Are you kidding me? It's May now, and at the end of the month we are to expect the 3rd and last box of our subscription. When should we expect that? December? His birthday is this month and he wanted an extension of his subscription, but I can't imagine I would waste the $100 on an additional subscription for him or the $100 for the one my daughter requested. If I could give less than 1 star....

I would give them zero stars, if I could. One, the crates are basically one item with a bunch of garbage items with them. Additionally, I purchased a crate, did not receive one and was charged for six months but never received the crate I paid for. They also refused to refund. And when I was working with their customer service, they closed the chat before they had answered any of my questions adequately. If you're shopping for a crate/box, go anywhere else. Literally.

only giving 1 star cause 0 isn't a option to comment. Worse customer service ever!!! Ordered in January an still nothing sent to me yet bur emails to buy more stuff i will never get!! Don't give them your $$ you will never get anything for it!!
