“Booking was very easy. Administratively very efficient Excellent private transfer company used. Lovely clean hotel in pretty gardens. I had an issue with some of the brochure info though…… Inaccurate info about restaurant availability and evening entertainment was reported to be every evening when the fact was we had entertainment twice in the weeks’ stay. Also not notified of building works at the hotel, the noise went on all week adjacent to the beach, including Sunday, so not peaceful beach experience.(That maybe an issue with poor comms from the hotel, so next time I’d check Trip Adviser reviews first before booking)”

“The initial booking process was easy but when we arrived in Krakow our transfer was 35 mins late then we could not get access to our hotel for 60 mins as not been sent any codes to enter the building the phone number did not work luckily the cleaning lady arrived and she called another office informing us that love holidays had not sent them my E mail for the information I was supposed to receive so not a great start to the holiday”

“Experience with booking my holiday with loveholidays.com was smooth, clear and had no problem with my booking at all. But I would never ever give this hotel 5 stars , maybe 3 but no more. Rooms were pretty good, everyday cleaning service as well. Staff very kind and helpful , had no issues with our stay at all. Location also good , I always rent a car to visit some places when I am on holiday so I did not mind going to the town 30-40mins everyday. But the food was a bit disappointing. There was very little variety and the menu was almost the same every day, with only small changes. The quality and selection did not meet our expectations, especially for a hotel of this standard. Coctails also not so good (one or two were ok, but the rest tasted horrible) Anyway, I was satisfied but I did not spend most of my holiday at hotel.”

“Ryanair flight on way out was appalling, staff were rude and plane was dirty. EasyJet flight coming back was polar opposite, excellent staff, professional and clean. Hotel was a mix, outstanding service and food quality, but the room was run down and the hotel overall was dilapidated in bits - for a 5* not good enough. I imagine when hotel was built or even 20 years ago it will have been unbelievably nice, but it has just been left to decay a bit.”

“great hotel and restaurants food was really good and staff to was brill, cleaning team was amazing friendly and went above and beyond in our room, reception team poor didnt give us enough info on what to do or go or that main pool was closed which was a major problem for us.”

“Everything was good except that beds in hotel uncomfortable collapsed mattresses they were strange beds the worst sleep ever .. fridge was not included in the room strange they wanted money for it also internet 🛜 to pay ... Room there was no glasses no coffee cups No kettle... On the balcony there no tables just chairs...”
