The hotel has some positives, including friendly staff and a good location, however our experience did not fully match the facilities advertised at the time of booking. A significant part of the beach infrastructure was unavailable during our stay due to ongoing works. The advertised beach bar and food facilities, including the pizza/snack offering, were not operating as expected, which noticeably affected the all inclusive experience and overall holiday value. We also experienced issues with the quality and taste of water and some beverages. Water from the kettle in the room had an unpleasant musty smell and taste, and some drinks served in the resort also had an unusual aftertaste. In addition, there was an unpleasant sewage smell and visible wastewater/drainage issues near the Greek à la carte restaurant area, which negatively impacted the atmosphere while dining. Overall, the hotel did not fully deliver the experience presented in the original booking description, particularly regarding the beach facilities.

Rooms were very small ,needs decorating, food ok ,staff were accomadating . We were expecting something a bit better. Dubrovnik is a wonderful place ,so made up for a average hotel.

Hotel great, food great, holiday itself lovely, service great, apart from flight being booked from wrong airport, and costing an extra £250 pounds, and extra for seats on the plane that me and my partner didnt get.

Been to this hotel twice you get what you pay for. If you want a cheap all inclusive this no thrills this the place. Food & beverage are great. Hotel if good & clean just don’t compare to other hotels and you will have a great time

Love holidays are good with deals and with flexibility for payments , also it’s good because they offer services such as extra luggage , insurance , transfers etc. however they need to Improve with actually booking. So many times they’ve cancelled our flight or hotels due to no availability and we booked months , or a year in advance. This needs to be worked on. Because we ended up paying more to change other things around, such as parking for our car because the flight date had been changed.

After years of reading negative reviews and hearing bad stories about Love Holidays, I finally experienced firsthand why so many people complain. I have been booking holidays through Love Holidays for over 9 years and, until now, had never had an issue. We have always been loyal customers and continued to trust them when booking our family holidays. This year, we booked a family holiday to Egypt for four people through the Love Holidays website. The room we selected was based entirely on the photos and description shown on their website. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we discovered that the photos were false and misleading, and the room was nothing like what had been advertised. To get the room we had originally believed we had booked, we were forced to pay extra upon arrival at the hotel — something that should never have happened. When we raised this as a complaint, Love Holidays simply followed their standard complaints process, carried out what they called an “investigation,” and then concluded that our complaint was “not substantiated.” This was extremely disappointing and felt like they were dismissing the issue rather than taking responsibility for misleading advertising on their platform. This experience has shown me that people should pay attention to the negative reviews when things go wrong. Love Holidays appear unwilling to take accountability or provide refunds, even when the fault lies with inaccurate information on their own website. There are far more reputable and legitimate travel companies out there that are properly accountable and provide better customer service when issues arise. Sadly, after nearly a decade of booking with Love Holidays, this experience and more importantly, the way it was handled has been the tipping point for me. I will not be using them again in the future, which is a real shame considering we had always trusted them before.

I’ve always used Love Holidays and never had any issues—until recently. Two weeks ago, I made a new booking, but due to an error with my iPhone, my surname was incomplete on the booking. I noticed it immediately and contacted the agency for help. Their response was extremely disappointing. I was told I needed to pay £307 to amend the name, which included £282 as an airline fee and £25 as an agency fee. Curious, I reached out to the airline directly, and they informed me that they don’t charge for name corrections. However, because I purchased the ticket through Love Holidays, the agency had its own fees. This really shook my trust in the company. What frustrated me the most was the complete lack of understanding or flexibility from the agency. They didn’t show any empathy or attempt to make the process easier. When I asked if I could pay the fee in installments, I was told no—everything had to be paid upfront. I’m deeply disappointed with how this was handled. If you want to avoid these kinds of issues, I suggest booking directly with the airline or finding another agency. The airline doesn’t charge for minor corrections, despite what Love Holidays claimed. The £282 “airline fee” for adding a surname is absolutely ridiculous.

I gave it three stars because luckily we had no issue on holiday, otherwise, I am not so sure the customer service or the company would have helped too much. And this is why I believe this: when I booked the holiday because we were travelling with a toddler, we had to choose plane seats mandatory. If not, you can't proceed with the next steps to book the holiday. But when I finished the booking and all was confirmed, the seat information was missing (despite I was charged for it). On the Tui application, I was required to choose my seats at another cost obviously. I contacted Love Holidays twice and I encountered two very rude agents, who kept saying that in their system the seats had not been chosen and paid for. I told them that this must be an error as you can't book the holiday without choosing and paying for the seats when travelling with a child. I even sent them screenshots of what it shows on the website if I try to skip this step. However, when I sent these, the agent said 'I think I helped already with your problem, bye!' and disconnected me. I gave up and paid for seats on the TUI application. I will avoid this company in the future.

We booked a package holiday in October ) to go to Dubai in January 2024. We thought Lauren our sales lady was good at the time. When i had checked the package on line it had 1 checked in bag per passenger.I printed my e ticket recently i feel we have been cheated and fooled by Lauren. We understood all package holidays include includes at least 1 check in bag per passenger. On top of very expensive holiday we had to pay £140 for one bag. Lauren has certainly fooled me. She is very clever sales person. Please see that you don't get cheated & fooled like me.

Yeah got all my money back at last, taken 3 months but got there in the end without using section 75 or chargeback. Just left a message on live chat as i could not speak to anybody. Got an email today saying sorry its taking so long to get you a refund????

To be fair to loveholidays,i booked 2 hotel stays for the Algarve in April,i read all the reviews that where being posted at the time and all the reviews where saying as soon as you asked for a refund you where cut off the chat line.So i asked for a voucher which i received thinking to my self that the voucher could possible be worthless,i normally go on 4/5 trips a year and was going to use the voucher as soon as i could, Then out of the blue last week i received an email saying my voucher was up and i had the option to renew the voucher with a 10% increase or my money back i went for my money back,and it was put into my account yesterday. this must be a very hard time for anybody involved in the travel industry, and i am happy with my out come. Package holiday booked through LH. Due to fly 22 April. Had the offer of a full cash refund for the Hotel but told to go through EasyJet for flight refund. I applied for the refund and LH sent email saying this was being processed... This was weeks ago. Just received an email telling me to ring 02033226467 to apply for a refund with details of how much they owe me. Can't get through.... Automated service... Absolutely appalling service. DON'T EVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY
