A nice hotel for the price not a 4* in my opinion I'm a fussy eater so found it hard to eat a lot of the food . There was always something to eat you didn't go hungry. Had to pay for the water a bit disappointing as it is all inclusive. Staff friendly and polite, rooms clean plenty of seating area and sunbeds. Beach cleaned daily from rubbish and seaweed.

Hotel staff wonderful. Facilites good. Rooms spacious and clean. Not suitable for people with any mobility issues. Close to a small beach but 4km away from armacao de pera.

Hotel was lovely, our only real issue was, because we flew on 2 diffrent Airlines, there luggage policy was diffrent. So the 2nd (Ryan air) Charged me €50 to check a cabin bag. Even though it was half the size as 80% of all the other passengers on the plane. It was a small hand luggage bag at best, but they just wouldn't have it, and wouldn't let us board with it. We even had other passengers close to us in the line, say there bag was bigger and it was totally out of order. Other than that, the hoilday was great, it was a shame to spoil it in the last 5 mins

Overall everything was good, apart from our hotel which was awful. It was listed as 4 star but was definitely more like a 2 or 3 star. Rooms were very shabby and food very average (especially breakfast) Tried unsuccessfully to upload photos, but got this message '* We could not upload one of your files, please try again later or contact support'

In the past I have had difficulty with a refund and ended up with nothing. This time the holiday description, photos and information was rather outdated or misleading. The transfer company they provide robbed most of the people arriving at the airport to go to Bayahibe and Punta Cana, who had booked private transfers by sending one bus for each destination! This was not just on arrival but return as well! The rep who barely spoke any english said 'you have only paid one way so you will have to pay to come back' which was a concern. Thankfully as I have had no luck in the past with compensation/refunds with loveholidays, I am glad I booked my transfer via another provider so hopefully I will stand a better chance of getting the difference between the private and shared transfer charge. There were two loveholidays couples with me in the bus going back to Punta Cana airport and all of us were on our phones putting in our complaints. Transfer company was Manuella Travel Tours - avoid like the plague!

The staff at the hotel were lovely and very attentive! Unfortunately the location of the hotel was not convenient at all, close to the airport in the middle of nowhere, with no bus connection and uber prices being extremely inflated. The only option left is taxi but for each trip you pay 20€ min regardless of the distance( getting to the city center was a 6 minutes trip for example) and you have to because theres nothing around the hotel( literally nothing!) . The hotel it self has a lovely pool area but this was the only thing I can highlight, the rest of the hotel is outdated, bedrooms could use refurbishing( even the sockets were falling off 😭), there was no hot water the first night and morning due to a “power problem”… its one of them places they sell you and its just nothing like the reality, unfortunately wouldn’t come back.

It was cheap. But accessing sites a pain to veiw booking if I want to veiw on an another device as the email link takes u straight to site. No good if booking with friends who want to veiw and ur not with them. Our holiday was changed to a hotel that love holidays said was the same standard and style. We accepted the change to end up at a different area of Spain and a hotel that is no way a 4 star. The food was freezing and no choice. We were gheee 3 days just and we knew what the choice of meal was before going down

Hotel at top of very steap hill food only warm staff not very helpful had painter above us chipping paint off wall it ended in our balcony would never go back Hollywood mirage again in Tenerife

Booking was very easy. Administratively very efficient Excellent private transfer company used. Lovely clean hotel in pretty gardens. I had an issue with some of the brochure info though…… Inaccurate info about restaurant availability and evening entertainment was reported to be every evening when the fact was we had entertainment twice in the weeks’ stay. Also not notified of building works at the hotel, the noise went on all week adjacent to the beach, including Sunday, so not peaceful beach experience.(That maybe an issue with poor comms from the hotel, so next time I’d check Trip Adviser reviews first before booking)

The initial booking process was easy but when we arrived in Krakow our transfer was 35 mins late then we could not get access to our hotel for 60 mins as not been sent any codes to enter the building the phone number did not work luckily the cleaning lady arrived and she called another office informing us that love holidays had not sent them my E mail for the information I was supposed to receive so not a great start to the holiday

Experience with booking my holiday with loveholidays.com was smooth, clear and had no problem with my booking at all. But I would never ever give this hotel 5 stars , maybe 3 but no more. Rooms were pretty good, everyday cleaning service as well. Staff very kind and helpful , had no issues with our stay at all. Location also good , I always rent a car to visit some places when I am on holiday so I did not mind going to the town 30-40mins everyday. But the food was a bit disappointing. There was very little variety and the menu was almost the same every day, with only small changes. The quality and selection did not meet our expectations, especially for a hotel of this standard. Coctails also not so good (one or two were ok, but the rest tasted horrible) Anyway, I was satisfied but I did not spend most of my holiday at hotel.
