“Lugar muito bom e comida muito boa mas deixou a desejar na limpeza do quarto que quando chegamos estava com cheiro forte de urina, o banheiro não tem saída de ar nem exaustor. Nossa porta estava dando problema o tempo todo pra abrir com o cartão, alegaram que era porque o cartão estava próximo do celular, deixamos ele bem distante e o problema continuou, foram mandar alguém pra ver sobre a porta 3 dias depois e mesmo assim ainda continuou o problema, tendo que o tempo todo que voltávamos para o quarto, ter que descer na recepção pra liberar a porta. Disseram que precisávamos pagar 15 euros no estacionamento diariamente e mais 10 euros por uma chave para um portão que não fazia sentido nenhum tê-lo pelo estacionamento que quando comprei falava ser incluso no valor.”

“It's a nice hotel. Food is like any Spanish resort same old same old. Asked for an iron and went down yet they had none after telling me to come down with €10 deposit from the 11th floor. The accomodation is disconnected from the reception I'm the taller building. Entertainment needs improving it's just a basic stage with smoke. No karaoke. Nothing amazing. Drinks same as everywhere on Spain. Would I return? No but it wasn't the worst”

“So easy to book and manage payments etc, I have booked a few holidays through Loveholidays now and would recommend it. Would not go to Stella Blue again as only went there because I was part of a wedding party and was hit along with lots of others with the Norovirus whilst there.”

“The hotel is fabulous, the staff were friendly and very attentive, they couldn’t do enough for you. The food was good with a large variety, even for the fussy eater. The rooms were very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom had a great sized shower cubicle with a powerful shower which was very nice after a day in the sun. The pool area is very tidy and clean with some sun beds in a shallow part on the pool, these were great for cooling off as you only had to step to the left or right to dip you feet in the water. The staff came around regularly asking if we wanted drinks and ice creams, they also turned up on roller skates throughout the day offering a selection of cocktails. WARNING - Makes sure you use the safe in the room for all valuables. My wife had her engagement ring stolen from a drawer in our room by one of the staff members. We reported this to the hotel management and the Police who took this very seriously. A team off police descended on the hotel who dusted the drawer for finger prints, they also took lots of photos and scanned the security footage from the CCTV system. So I would strongly recommend you use the safe for everything valuable all of the time! We normally do, this was just one day were my wife took off her engagement ring and placed it in the drawer with a plan to put in in the safe the following morning, which she forgot to do. The next day it was taken! As I said, the staff handled the situation very well and provided an interpreter who took us to the police station and stayed with us for the 4 hours it took to process. There was just one bad apple in the team who thought it was ok to go through our room and take a precious piece of jewellery from us after 30 years of keeping it safe, it was taken in an instant! Overall we did have a good holiday, but the last three days were ruined by the theft of the ring.”

“We booked late and so added cases and shuttle bus. These were not great value. I also won’t be going all inclusive again - it’s not all Inclusive - the holiday just includes cheap draught wine and beer - quite a restrictive menu. The resort was also in a residential area, there was nowhere to walk to and little to do Outside the hotel. Luckily there was a free shuttle to Palma and Arenal beach.”

“Astoria hotel is in a great location but food was awful, always cold Room was OK. No entertainment more of an aparthotel rather than an actual hotel. Recommend Love Holidays but definitely not hotel Astoria. Oh hotel downgraded our room”
