Great choice of destinations and variety of accommodation types. When you have flight and accommodation under one umbrella,it makes things alot easier.

The hotel was a good 3-star hotel and you get what you pay for. There are 3 pools in the hotel. One pool has entertainment, although it is very limited except when the evening shows are on, which were good. The other 2 pools are more for kids, so I think the daytime entertainment should maybe be there, but I guess there is not enough space. The third pool has no bar, so if you are going with kids and are not all-inclusive, choose carefully. The main pool is non-smoking, but there are not enough staff for the amount of guests, and staff need to remind people there is a special smoking area. During the evening shows this was forgotten, and we had around 8 drunk men smoking next to us, which then encouraged other tables to start smoking too. They definitely need more staff to manage this better. The drinks are on the cheap side, with cocktails mostly coming from machines, but again you get what you pay for — quantity instead of quality. The location is good, close to the sea and town. The internet, however, was really bad.

The hotel and food were fab, the location was not great. There was little to no beach, with only a narrow strip between the sun loungers owned by the bars and restaurants and the waters edge. My other gripe was the noise at night, other holiday makers drunk and arguing and people being noisy in general

First of all I got overcharged at the desk. I was supposed to have paid £49 something but I got charged £69 then when we got to the room it was a promo room. My door didn’t have no lock on it to go up to the balcony, you could’ve just slid the door open and close it. Anybody could’ve jumped over and stole our stuff. I have a toddler which is three who slid the door open got on the chair and sat on the balcony wall which was very dangerous. I had to watch him every second I told reception about it and they seemed like they didn’t care. That was the only downfall about the holiday. The staff couldn’t do enough for you especially if you tipped them they would have white hand on foot on you all day long if you pay the pool staff a cheeky little tip they will keep your bed so weak for you sending lounges I meant the food was amazing for myself for my daughter. There was fish meat, rice cakes, pizza they do need to incorporate maybe more English Food my son has a food disorder and only eats beige type of food i.e. chips chicken nugget pizza and there wasn’t chicken nuggets on every day so it was a good job. I took a suitcase full of food for him but other than that the food the spread on the table they would put flowers on the table for you every day gift you flowers the weather was beautiful. The pools were beautiful and cleaned this hotel. Don’t get enough recommendation but the hotel is very dated in some of the rooms which that wasn’t a problem because they were always kept cleaning and tidy fresh towels every day but my only disappointment is I went out to reception and told him about the patio door had no lock on at all just you could slide it open and obviously the Aircon wasn’t working. That was the biggest downfall of this place other than that animation team were amazing the waiters are amazing. They can’t do enough for you. They treat you like Kings and queens in there freshwater every day bottle that is so that’s why I’m only gonna give three stars. There’s room for improvement. The watersports are really good as well and cheap. The beach is literally a couple of footsteps away from the pool which I found as amazing there’s a little park there for the kids kids club we only stayed in the pool by the sea. We didn’t go to any of the pool because we didn’t like it there it was more friendly by the pool by the sea with the animation team and the music.

Disgusting hotel very dirty service was bad staff couldn’t find them tried to tax me twice and electricity when of for 30 min pich dark it was my partner started to cry never going back there again pool had trees in them tv wasn’t working for 4 days they fixed it on day 5

My two previous vacations were wonderfully organized. The last one disappointed me because of the terribly organized transfer. We had a big problem with the transfer from the hotel to the airport. First the transfer company changed the pick-up point and wanted to pick us up about 3 km away from our hotel. We had a large checked suitcase and 2 cabin ones. We reached out and after much arguing, they finally agreed to pick us up from our hotel, which we had prepaid for and was explicitly mentioned in the booking. I am disgusted by the outrageously rude attitude of the shuttle driver. He was clearly angry that he had to pick us up from the hotel we were staying at. He shouted at me loudly for 5-6 minutes, threatened me that he wouldn't take us and forced me to ask him 4 times to take us. I've been a soldier for over 2 years, but no one has ever shouted at me like that in all that time. I suffered a shameful humiliation in front of my terrified wife and the other passengers. We were afraid all the time that he would start beating us. It was a terrible trip. We promised ourselves never to visit that city again.

Our package holiday was cheaper with love holidays than other companies, however the package was not fully passed to the hotel and the customers service experience has been less than great.

Park was nice although not by myself, passport expired after return but not enough for travel only blame I put on love holidays is they should change to booking system to check passports before payment, that way a holiday is completely ruined or major expense to correct which happened to me as wife and autistic son (his passport) had to rebook parking, flights and transfer to more expensive journey , costing around another 50 percent of original and getting only half of time together, PLEASE FIX PASSPORT CHECK with BOOKING before PAYMENT.
