“Astoria hotel is in a great location but food was awful, always cold Room was OK. No entertainment more of an aparthotel rather than an actual hotel. Recommend Love Holidays but definitely not hotel Astoria. Oh hotel downgraded our room”

“I made a spelling mistake on original booking and loveholidays wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount to ammend it they said easyjet would charge me Separately to ammend it called easyjet and they said yes no problem and changed it free of charge. in the end loveholidays did ammend booking free of charge...apart from that everything was excellent it would have been 5 stars except for the original booking problem”

“Loveholidays is good and easy to use. As have used before and been happy. Just mabye need to do some homework on where you are deciding to go and make sure it suits your own style of vacation.”

“The building hotel rome was not as clean as advertised and there were additional charges to use the indoor pool which plastered all over advertisements which I'd say is misleading.”

“Get a room with a view forth floor .the rooms are ok .gets cleaned every day .no English tv channels so radio is ok.ok.food was ok eat out few times for something different. For the you can't go wrong.”

“We always use loveholidays, but I would highly recommend to do your own research on hotel. Our hotel was nothing like described, the photos were definitely not at this hotel, swimming pool was shut and there was no restaurant. I have tried to upload photos however it won’t let me.”

“Satisfied however we did discover that they use different companies to book. I booked a double room no sea view. For 40 extra book a single room with sea view ( you get a double, there are no singles). Handy to know”

“It is very easy to book and plan your holiday with love holidays but we were left waiting an hour for transfer, our hotel was nice but the food was terrible, we paid for an all inclusive 5 star hotel and I’ve had better food in an 3 star hotel, seriously bad food”

“Hotel very clean room ideal, breakfast superb pity about bar hours and the construction going on nearby causing a problem with the transfers to and from hotel, pool on rooftop very very small, location very good for sightseeing and local transport, hotel more suited for business users”
