“The hotel is in need of updating. The air conditioning is extremely lacking. The staff do work very hard but it is run on a skeletal staffing, more needed. The AI snacks are limited. There is only one evening bar. Which quite often led to long queues.”

“Great holiday from start to finish highlights were Hermes Hotel a home away from Home staff were excellent very clean and food excellent a quiet relaxing hotel had everything you needed for comfort close to shopping areas and don’t forget to take the tours as you get to see the island from the sea by boat to the highest points by bus worth the money for total experience and to watch the sunset from our boat cruise is a lifetime precious memory l can’t forget to mention love holidays l have travelled with them many times and always our trips went to plan always come home with a most satisfying experience and ready to book our next trip with them”

“Love Holidays is my favourite agency to book my trips. I have done many with it and the trips and service have always been very good. On this occassion, 2 days before my trip to Marrakesh there was a problem with the Riad that I had booked months before. However, Love Holidays was very proactive, fast and effective in solving the problem.”
