“Very good, efficient and easy to use, with constant updates about the holiday. But needed to check the hotel properly as it was nothing like what was advertised. (Hotel was like a building site)”

“Everybody at the hotel was really friendly and was working really hard. The Food food was really nice. There was plenty of choice. The rooms are really big and spacious and there was an added bonus of a sofa bed which we made use of. The only downside was the bed was quite hard and could do with a mattress top up if you have a bad bat this can be problematic. The cleaning was a bit hit and miss some really good Sam not that great. Overall, we hada wonderful stay. The other thing was I emailed the hotel and they didn’t get back to me. I also understand that loveholidays passed a message on to them on my behalf which they received. Once we were there, the communication was excellent.”
