“The holiday itself was great! We were disappointed that the description of the hotels facilities wasn't very accurate. We nearly got charged a lot of extra money for using the pool. Your website made out it was a free facility when it wasn't. Luckily the hotel were extremely understanding when we explained the situation.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The communication throughout our holiday was excellent from start to finish. We received regular updates at every stage of our trip, so we always knew what to expect and never had to worry about any details. All the information was clear, timely, and easy to access, including our booking details, transfer information, and travel updates. It made the whole experience feel well organised and completely stress-free. Having everything communicated so efficiently gave us confidence that our holiday was in good hands. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily book again.”

“Excellent holiday.Room and hotel spotless Staff all helpful and accomodating.Food excellent.Lots for kids to do. Entertainment was excellent some nights.Safe beach.Perfect location beach on one side shops on the other side with east access to other islands.Long transfer of 1.5 hours but was done in style and safely.I would definitely recommend a stay at the Aqua Hotel Iscmeler”

“A great holiday for my 8 year old son and I. Hotel was very clean, staff were great and always happy and helpful. Food selection was great. Loved the pool and waterpark. Football pitch was perfect for our evenings. I would recommend.”
