“No communication for the agency which i travel to”

“The room we booked wasn't the room we got. The food was not always warm and very limited with choice. Other guests were not considerate with other families and holidayers. The staff did not get involved when couples or persons were kicking off around the pool, it was a daily occurrence. They should of warned them and stopped serving alcohol. I would not take kids there or anyone. The staff where very polite and helpful.”

“The Holiday was not as depicted nor the Hotel, 1st night very small bad room, broken A/C, shower and ceiling fan, view of derelict building was awful. 2nd night got new better room, better view. Hotel quite noisy, no soft shut doors (loud bangs all night) and children crying, screaming. Food is acceptable and plenty but repetitive and cold if you turn up late, deserts were nice, Ice cream awful sugary cheap stuff, not a lamb dish in sight the whole week! Out side pools were clean but cold and not very deep or big, in door pool was same size but dirty, grubby and smelly, one guest said they wouldn't wash their dog in it. Most major excursions about an hour or more away, expensive cabs and bookings. Cheaper to take local buses and make your own way. Boat hire and other activities very expensive ! Not a lot to do in the small town of Kalyves but some very nice shops and restaurants, minimarts very handy and cheap. Beach is decent but not super clean and some lovely views, a bit windy. The town of Almyrida (10 min taxi drive)next store is much cleaner and nicer and more to do, the beach is nicer and a lovely shallow sea bed, warmer too and less wind. Not bad for a first cheapish Greek Holiday more suited to back packers on a budget.”

“Hotel was basic. Food wasn't great. Entertainment for kids was the same thing every night. Had adults screaming & fighting right outside our room and then again outside the hotel which was right under our balcony. Didn't see no member of staff to sort this out. WiFi is not included it cost €15 per device for the 4 nights we were there.”

“Initial booking was very easy. Administratively OK. Nice clean hotel in good location. However, had issues with some of the website/App info though…… Inaccurate info about Al’a Carte restaurant availability, air conditioning for room cooling availability and use of hotel for student party weekends which were not “family friendly “.”

“We only booked the hotel we booked because it specified it had 3 beds, when we arrived, the room had only 2 beds, meaning we had to share a bed, even though my booking confirmation clearly said I had booked 2 singles and a double, we were given 2 doubles. When I went to reception to change the room, they said they didn't even offer that room choice and I should have phoned the hotel to check!!!! I was offered an extra quilt as the only solution!!!”

“Very disappointed with this holiday experience from start to finish. Firstly, our flight was delayed by 2 hours, which caused a stressful start to the trip. The Jet2holidays staff were also very rude and unhelpful throughout the situation. When we arrived in Antalya around midnight due to the delay and time difference, our airport transfer was nowhere to be found. Nobody contacted us, and I spent over an hour going from stall to stall trying to get help. The woman at the Love Holidays stand outside the airport was dismissive and simply said, “This isn’t my company, I don’t know what you want me to do.” Another man then approached us offering a private transfer for 90 euros, which felt very inappropriate. In the end, we had to get a taxi ourselves for 70 euros just to get to the hotel. The check-in experience at the hotel was chaotic. There was only one staff member working and he seemed completely overwhelmed. He rushed through check-in while answering phone calls and just told us to go to the 4th floor without explaining anything about the hotel. We had to figure everything out ourselves. This is definitely NOT a 5-star hotel. The food was terrible, the drinks were poor quality, and the rooms were not cleaned properly every day. We constantly had to ask for towels, and at one point were told they only had small towels available. There was dust everywhere in the room as well. The only good things about this hotel were the pool area and the bar staff, who were friendly and excellent throughout our stay. The discos were okay too, and they did play some requested songs. The location is decent, although the music is extremely loud early in the morning. Overall, this holiday was extremely stressful and disappointing, and I would not return or recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“We were not informed that there was loud building work going on next door from 7:00 which ruined our holiday.The hotel seemed to play loud music to compensate for the work being done.”

“No private transfer waiting for me when we arrived. Found out the company Loveholidays had used had gone bust. Had to arrange and fund my own private transfers because of this. Unacceptable Loveholidays shouldn’t aware of such things and have an alternative sorted out. I was left £100 out of pocket.”

“Great holiday up until our flight home was cancelled when we were effectively abandoned by loveholidays to sort out the flight changes and transfers ourselves even though it was booked as a package leaving us stressed and greatly out of pocket.”

“Booked at blue sea beach resort in Falaraki. But love holidays sold my party rooms and the building that houses them that are not even pictured on the advert. When we checked in we were ushered across a main road to a separate building that isn’t even part of the main hotel complex. This building should not be sold to people full stop. There are unfinished rooms debris all over the place tools and left work around the site and builders start working around 9am making a lot of noise. Absolutely no information or pictures of these rooms or building when making the booking through love holidays and after complaining and pushing with the hotel we eventually managed to get the rooms we originally thought we had booked but had to pay extra for this. I also was on the phone for an hour to love holidays to complain where they sent me an email which I HAD TO reply within 48 hours. I replied within 24 including a lot of information and pictures but 7 days later I haven’t even been contacted back. Speaking to other guests at the hotel many had this issue. Terrible experience and I’ll probably go back to booking with on the beach in future. I’ve tried to upload pictures but haven’t been able to”

“The hotel was beautiful , in a great location . Stunning , the food was just very boring , same stuff , it was hard work to find a nice meal , the staff are great but quite honestly the chef needs more imagination , the entertainment is very like the food , boring. , no imagination , the gym is pathetic , pools were very good but freezing cold , the hotel was very very clean and could be a amazing place to staff , the food and entertainment spoiled the experience , the staff are amazing ,”

“Would probably not use them again. We paid in full well in advance and the airline bookjng (Aer Lingus) was cancelled due to Love Holidays only paying the deposit. Even though we kept getting emails from aerlingus and loveholidays regarding our upcoming trip , we would not have had tickets on the flight if I hadn’t spent about 5hrs on the phone the day before flying with Loveholidays to get them to sort it out. They didn’t get us allocated seats and cabin luggage even though we had paid in full for this months earlier. I will be making a formal complaint.”

“we arrived at 11.20pm. we should of arrived at about 7pm. they gave us sandwiches and juice fer our tea. the place was to hilly for me as i use a walking stick. the food got boring by the second week. the bed blanket had a hole in it, and had paint splashes on it. wife told reception but they never changed it.”
