“Excellent Service from loveholidays ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a brilliant experience booking our holiday through loveholidays and I would happily use them again. One of my favourite things about loveholidays is the app. It makes managing your holiday so simple, with all of your booking information, flight details and important updates in one place. The email updates were also excellent, particularly in the lead-up to travelling, as they kept us informed without being overwhelming. Everything felt well organised and straightforward from booking through to travelling, which takes a lot of the stress out of going on holiday. Even though we had some issues with the accommodation itself, our experience with loveholidays was excellent. The booking process was easy, communication was clear and the app made it incredibly convenient to keep track of everything. A special mention for the regular updates and reminders, which I genuinely found useful rather than annoying — something many travel companies could learn from! I would definitely book through loveholidays again and would recommend them to anyone looking for an easy, well-organised way to book a holiday.”

“We had a light 5 night stay in Cala Millor. Basic 3* hotel but that’s all we needed. We ate out in some lovely restaurants. The bar attached to the hotel BlueSide ( not part of all inclusive) was fabulous, lovely cocktails and the music and atmosphere was brilliant. Location perfect being so close to the beach. Staff worked hard although the restaurant noise became unbearable at times with staff smashing plates around and throwing cutlery into cleaning trolly. Overall good value for money since it was during the peak season.”

“We stayed in Hotel ICON Malabar in Malaga Soho. Overall, our Loveholidays experience was smooth and enjoyable. The email and iOS app updates were helpful, and I particularly liked having a clear itinerary with the flight times, transfer reference, airport meeting point and desk location, hotel address and Google Maps link all in one place. This saved time, avoided searching through different emails and made the journey feel organised and less stressful. The hotel was lovely, cool, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were warm, welcoming and very helpful, making us feel completely at ease. Two things could be improved: travel insurance documents should be available in the app, and the original booking reference did not work with the airline. Support provided a separate supplier reference, but resolving this only 24 hours before the flight caused unnecessary stress. Customers should receive the correct airline reference from the start.”

“This hotel doesn't qualify for loveholidays. Name of this hotel is Lucky 8 hotel. But you must be unlucky to stay in this hotel. Where I can start. 36 degrees and one cheapest fan in room off 5 people with kids. Asked many times for a extra fan but refused. Sink blocked. Asked them but fixed at the last day. No lift for luggage. So need to carry up. Certain was ripped before and they lied that we did it and charged 30 pounds. We had to pay 100 pounds deposit which we still waiting to get back. Very dishonest people in the management. It is cheap hotel but it's not worth it though. It was not a hotel it was torture.”

“This was my first time booking a holiday with Loveholidays. Many of my friends had recommended the company to me and had already used it several times, but I was still a little nervous about booking such an important and relatively expensive holiday entirely online. I have to say that Loveholidays completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment we received our boarding passes until the moment we returned home, everything went perfectly. The information was clear, everything was well organised, and the whole journey was smooth and stress-free. I am genuinely impressed that an online booking could turn into such a perfectly organised holiday. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end.
