“Lov holidays were excellent. The hotel was the issue. The fact that another guest could enter our room in the middle of the night with their key card was very frightening and was not addressed at all by the hotel. Said they would change our keycard, but that was not the issue. So v disappointed and v frightening.”

“Love holidays is very straight forward to use independently to book an holiday and if anything was complicated the customer service team (human agent) is there to help in a 24 hour line. Which is great because talking to AI robots when needing assistance is frustration. My holiday to Santorini was smooth sailing.”

“Flight was fine, trip was fine, hotel was awful, booked a double bed and single bed, ended up getting a pull out bed and two single beds pushed together and 3 single duvets, dust everywhere, burn mark on carpet, door handle was faulty and one day the door didn't close correctly, no bathroom door lock, hair in the bath, hair under drinking glass, broken kettle (the lid was broken and could not be put on the kettle), no milk for the tea, breakfast supply wasn't great either”
