“Location perfect 👌 Clean rooms 👌 Clean hotel Food awful no snack bar as stated just dried bread and mouldy . Not enough choice of food on offer so had to eat out although paid for all inclusive.”

“Booking was easy and simple to follow. Hotel was clean, but basic with no coffee making facilities. Great place to use to get your head down for the night. Staff at reception and breakfast were pleasant, cleaner was a bit rude. Hot breakfast very basic (beans, hot dog & scrambled egg) and no normal sized plates given, only very small plates. Overall experience was OK, used the hotel as a base for sightseeing.”

“Perfect from booking to the end of the holiday. Everything available as planned. Communications from hotel, flights and transfers were easy to follow. Hotels accessible for public transport and taxis. Costamar location was perfect. Accessible to shops, malls and bar at night. Rooms are clean and huge sizes. Different varieties of foods available and all are delicious. Approachable, helpful and lovely staff. Airport transfers on time. Perfect holiday ever from Love holidays. Will definitely book again.”

“After having to pay extra for a family room and being in a completely different building to the rest of my family, the hotel was clean but very run down, leaks in the ceiling, hole in the ceiling of the shower, rusty and dripping bathroom light, electrical point hanging off the wall, chipped and sharp tiles in the bathroom of the hotel. Food was rubbish and very poor choice. Would not recommend the hotel at all.”

“Hotel had no gluten free options apart from a roll. Ants on dining room floor. Housekeeping hit and miss. Sometimes you got all towels Sometimes not. Around pool not tidied up. Location very close to town Reception staff friendly Beds comfy”
