“Great hotel, very friendly staff, location great, except the transfer bus does not drop you noff at the hotel, they drop you off down the seafront, then you have to pull your cases up the main hill to the hotel, I struggled because of my breathing, only thing wrong with the hotel is there nothing yo make a hot drink in uour room, Im sure now in 2026 they vould provide a kettle also no fridge to put water in or milk we find that is wrong in this day and age, come on hotel owner get those into the rooms and that would be great”

“Stayed in Zephorus hotel in Kamari, Santorini. Staff went above and beyond and place is spotless. Rooms and facilities are scrubbed daily and staff were genuinely lovely people. Would definitely return.”

“We had a very enjoyable holiday overall. The booking process was easy, the package offered good value for money, and everything went smoothly. Turkey was a beautiful destination with great weather, friendly people, delicious food, and a relaxing atmosphere. There were a few small things that could be improved, but overall we had a lovely experience and would consider booking with Loveholidays again.”

“Our all-inclusive hotel was lovely. My carnivores needed more variety, my vegetarian that doesn’t eat vegetables had a pretty bland dinner every night - but that’s his fault not the hotel. I ate like a horse! My only criticism of the room is that there wasn’t much storage space. Our rooms were big but there was a lot of empty space that could have contained a chest of drawers and more wardrobe space. (Video when we were leaving attached) If you're up for a walk, it’s 10 minutes downhill to the lovely resort of Elounda - obviously it’s a walk UPHILL going back! It €8 each way in a taxi. Agios Nichlaos is a €18 taxi ride each way but absolutely worth it. But if you want to see more of Crete public transport isn’t brilliant (there are no trains) so hiring a car is essential. Also be fooled by the distances on paper! 20 miles took us 1.5 hours because the roads are so twisty, everywhere takes much longer than you would imagine to reach. It is a mountainous island. I really wanted to go to Rethymno and Chania but they were a good half day’s drive from Elounda- not really feasible in stifling heat with kids. Kritsa was beautiful. Unless you’re a teen/20s going on holiday for sun, booze and other things that teens get up to, I’d avoid Malia. Bring a pair of trainers because there are things you just can’t do in sliders - my holiday regret is not bringing any. But you could easily spend the whole holiday in the resort and Elounda, there’s plenty to amuse kids.”

“It was very relaxing. Beautiful beaches. Hotel was lovely the shower not great and mainly Portuguese and Italian where they go for there holidays. The staff and people were lovely .”
