“Overall, I was pleased with my experience, but there are several areas that could be improved. Communication could have been faster, the systems were not always fully synchronised with the airlines, and customer service waiting times were often too long. Hotel description was not entirely accurate. The rooms were quite dated and needed maintenance, which did not fully match the expectations set by the description.”

“Perfect communication, they were transparent about what was included. We were supported regarding the transfers and all other additional bits we booked. I recommend this if you find a good deal!”

“The hotel was good however the aircon stopped working the hotel was fully booked but the staff brought us a fan. The bath plug got jammed in so we couldn’t use the shower but housekeeping came to sort it for us. The hotel was in a great location for the Sziget festival however if your visit f the city it’s a bit far out with not much around it. Love holidays was easy to book and had a lot of additional add ons.”

“Our holiday was advertised as All Inclusive but when we arrived we were told you can only have 3 drinks with lunch and 3 drinks with dinner, I don’t call that All Inclusive, it should have been made clear that this was the case. Also Hotel in need of repairs, our room had a number of damaged areas. Also just outside the main entrance to the hotel there was rubbish everywhere.”

“Loveholidays made me happy by making the whole holiday experience easy, enjoyable, and stress-free. Everything was well organised, from the useful updates and information to the hotel and airport transfers. The drivers were friendly, helpful, and punctual, and we always felt well looked after. We had a wonderful time in Madrid and came home with lovely memories. 🥰”
