“The perfect booking website! The communication was key, all the updates were efficient and everyone i spoke to associated with the website was lovely. The hotel was as seen and described on the website as well as offering facilities outside the hotel too!”

“Ease of booking and great communications . Hotel, the Cleopatra superior 2 surpassed expectations . Basic but ample continental breakfast . Good range of well priced meals during g the day . Clean rooms and well mai rained . No hesitation on a return visit .”

“Our second time booking with Loveholidays going to the same resort. First time was amazing, this time was good but the communication around our return transfer was non-existent and no-one available to help us. We ended up having to book a private taxi to the airport to be sure of getting there in time. To access your Loveholidays account you need access to your email when logging in to be sent a code and access link - my email stopped working while we were away so this added to the difficulties of trying to get information and trying to contact someone (not Loveholidays fault but something to bear in mind while you are away). Other than that, the rest of the holiday was brilliant.”

“Loveholidays made it so easy and affordable to book our holiday. The only thing I will say is to double check the actual hotels websites to ensure it matches the description of loveholidays as the hotel we stayed in did not accurately match what was given on loveholidays. There was no pool, minibar, gym, sauna. And worst of all, the room was not what we had booked and so we had to book an entire new room on full price and no compensation for the previous room.”

“We had booked private transfers to and from hotel, when we arrived at airport in Rhodes we couldn’t find our transfer was wondering around for 40 minutes there was no love holiday reps anywhere to ask finally a taxi driver took us to our hotel, on the way home the private transfer vehicle just never turned up we had to then get a taxi which did not leave a lot of time at airport, we contacted love holidays on our return and sent picture of taxi receipt they emailed back saying they have refunded us and it would show in bank within 3/5 days we have never received the refund so altogether we will not be booking with love holidays again”

“All in all can’t complain about love holidays from day one the app was extremely helpful and useful, paying in instalments was extremely helpful constant updates and info regarding transfers and flights were good. With contact numbers in hand if needed”
