“We were very pleased with Loveholidays and the excellent communication we received throughout our trip. We were kept fully informed about all the important details, including our flights, transfers and accommodation, so we always knew what was happening. Everything was clear and well organised, which made the whole experience much easier and less stressful. We would be very happy to book with Loveholidays again. We were very impressed with our transfer drivers. They kept us well informed throughout, letting us know the collection times and exactly where we would be picked up, which made everything very straightforward and stress-free. They were friendly, professional and clearly very competent drivers, so we always felt safe and well looked after. Thank you for making our transfers so easy and enjoyable We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand Krakow. The staff were always friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful, making us feel well looked after throughout our stay. The breakfast had a great variety of fresh, high-quality food with something for everyone. Our room was cleaned to an excellent standard every day and was always spotless when we returned. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.”
