“Easy to book and use the website for info/transfer info. Had an issue last year as Ryanair changed the flight by a day! Customer services were great and sorted it out. This is my second booking with them and will use them again.”

“As mentioned in other reviews. This is NOT an all inclusive hotel. There are three meals a day and that’s it. The only alcohol you can drink is beer and wine. There are no spirits or cocktails included. There are no other snacks in between meals. The meals are of a poor selection and not very nice with a poor selection also of deserts. The cold drinks are served in cheap throwaway plastic cups. Understandable by the pool but not the dining room. The rooms are adequate and the beds are made every day. The towels are changed every three days. The beds we found were comfortable but the sheets are too small for the standard single bed (I had a twin room) so you wake up in the morning asleep on a mattress because the sheet has come off. The tv had ONE English Channel (news)that had a grainy picture as if not tuned in properly. There is also only one pillow per person. The plus point of the hotel is that the pool is nice though small (don’t believe the website photos) and the staff are helpful and seem nice. We had a quiet room with a nice balcony (although lots of ants) overlooking the mountains which were happy with. There is no evening entertainment either so you’re left to your own devices in the evening too. The hotel is in a need of a refurbishment. Everything is dated. It’s more like a hotel from the 80’s. This is not what I work hard for saving up over a year to come to. The WiFi and air conditioning are charged at exorbitant prices. Air con is €8 a day and the WiFi is also payable (we don’t bother paying for that as we had our package with our phones). There is free WiFi by the pool and the reception areas. You also have to pay for a safe and the room hairdryer looks like it came from the 1950’s. The shower cubicles are very small and there is no bath. There is a lot of steps to walk up to rooms. Not easy a large suitcase and there is no lift so not good if you have any mobility issues either. Would definitely NOT recommend and how it’s got three stars is beyond me!”
