“Great hotel and easy, clear communication via love holidays”

“From booking to arriving we had a great holiday. Hotel was excellent from arrival to leaving. Food great choice, good choice on drinks and many places to eat outside main restaurant from Crepes to the beach bar serving Gyros - a must ! Be careful of pools as only main pool has walk in part but can be slippery. The others pools did not have a shallow end although constant depth was ok. Just meant using steps to get in which for some might be difficult. Overall a fantastic holiday with great service and great rooms.”

“Booking and communication with love holidays leading up to holiday good Return transfer vehicle had dashboard full of faults lights Hotel (Tivoli Marina Vilamoura) didn't meet expectation as five star hotel. Poor communication and customer service, inconsistent service. Hotel experience was just okay, perhaps living on past reputation and prime location.”

“The return journey was amazing simple and what was needed to save me from using direct companies as other flight was delayed so had to wait for that to land before setting off to our holiday so sat on a coach for them and then the hotel transfer saying that it can't be helped the updates amazing so yeah I will look on love holiday and use again”

“The hotel wasn’t and didn’t feel clean, otherwise the staff and everyone was lovely. Food wasn’t that nice but I guess that’s a personal preference. But rooms was a big let down”
