“Would not recommend las faluas to any person walls doors floors and ceilings were filty ...wiring hanging over your front door was a very high risk of someone getting electric shock ..pool staff very angry and not one bit polite....people actually live in these apartments and its like they get the special treatment and us holiday makers get treated like dirt and us paying alot of money to stay .if id knowing people lived here id defo not booked it..dining area closed no one knew why so u have to dine out every nite ...overall not one bit happy with we're we stayed and we had 6 people 2 rooms 4 beds a 2 couches ..more like a prison than a holiday destination stay it should b removed from holiday stays ...I've 12 pics to show prove but it's not letting me show them a joke”

“This was my first time making a travel booking completely online without speaking to anyone, and I was very pleased with how smooth the process was—everything was booked exactly as requested. Unfortunately, my stay at Sunscape Coco Punta Cana was highly disappointing. The hotel is outdated, and the facilities are very poor. I experienced consistently bad service across the board, from the front desk staff to the restaurant team. To make matters worse, the food quality was terrible. Overall, the standards at this property are completely unacceptable. I would rate this hotel 1 star and based on my experience, I absolutely do not recommend it”

“Third time summer booking with loveholidays, definitely prices are the main thing to choose them and the payment options. But i would like to have the previous option to be back that made me recommend them to so many. I know the hotels that I could already recommend to anybody - look for barut or akra hotels if you want a relaxing and joyful holiday.- System didn’t let me upload the photos to share”
