“Great hotel We came as a group of friends and family 34 people age 4 to 75 years Everyone has thoroughly enjoyed the experience at the hotel Evening entertainment was great and inclusive Daytime pool entertainment was fun and appropriate for all ages Our cleaner Omar definitely deserves a special mention. Very polite, positive and great hospitality. A lovely young man who went above and beyond to make sure everyone had everything they needed and paid special attention to detail with creative touches to the towels in every room Habbiba in the spa also deserves a special mention for her professional approach, respect and dedication to providing an environment calm relaxed and a perfect escape for hamam and massage. I'd thoroughly recommend it spa experience The restaurant staff were also great The two gentlemen in the downstairs east / west bar poolside also deserve a special mention for their unrivalled hospitality embellished with genuine care and kindness”
