“The amount i paid didn't match the accomodation at all. So outdated and freezer was broken so couldn't keep any food in the fridge . Millions of ants in a daily basis in the room. Grubby pool and then was made to pay for air con when I was told it was included when I booked”

“Food was warm at best, swimming in grease,hallway stank of cats wee,cats walking around the restaurant,flies on all the food,utensils used from one food to the next so plenty of cross contamination! Pools ok but very slippery including the steps to go into big pool,and the plastic drainage kept giving way so your foot would go straight down,kids splash pool dangerous,big slides were ok,the best part was the entertainment staff and most of the waiters serving drinks outside. I’d would not rate this hotel a lot needs to be done there,it hasn’t had a major renovation so don’t be fooled by the photos,I couldn’t wait to leave family of 5,I’d give it a 1* at best!!”

“First time using this company and the whole experience was absolutely brilliant for a family holiday. The rep from Love holidays also provided great communication and the hotel was brilliant. Can’t complain and kids enjoyed. My son is autistic and for him it was a great experience and staff understood his disability”

“2nd time using loveholidays and 2nd great experience. Everything is seamless, website easy to navigate, pricing is clear and transparent, good payment plans. Their communication is great. The hotel matched the descriptions, great pool area with lots of sunbeds, breakfast service is amazing and lovely rooftop bar. I would highly recommend for couples or groups of adults looking for a relaxing break. beaches an easy 10 minute walk, bars/restaurants & lovely marina area 20 - 30 mins easy walk but plenty of taxis if preferred.”

“Would give this a 4.5 as the hotel was lovely, swim up rooms were fantastic and we were lucky and had a fantastic sea view from our room too. Only slight let down was the buffet at the all inclusive, just gets a little too repetitive for a 10 night stay.”

“The booking process was very easy and it's very easy to login and see your summary. However, it is very difficult to find out how to cancel or defer your booking. It looks as though you can't really do that. We had a situation where our young grandson got chickenpox and the event was cancelled two days before departure. We had to go on the holiday anyway though because I couldn't find any way of getting the dates changed. It's a pity because we'll miss the actual christening now because we can't afford to travel twice.”
