I am still struggling to get the money for the flight element part of my holiday, even though it was booked as a package, my June holiday 2020, was cancelled last year. I am now trying to get my refund back through Ryanair. Avoid at all costs, I won’t ever use or recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is appalling, no help whatsoever

I've been going with Love Holidays for years ,never had a problem until now. Booked a holiday to Lanzarote for 31st Oct last year to a hotel my elderly parents love. I found out the hotel was closed .not Love Holidays..I had to inform them about it .. It took many online chats all being different. One said I had to wait for the team to sort out another hotel I told them we didn't want another hotel and we could nt go anyway due to the pandemic . We did finally receive an email stating the the holiday couldn't go ahead due to the pandemic... no mention of the hotel being closed... They refunded the hotel money but said we had get in touch with Ryanair for flight refund which I did but they said as the flight was going ahead I was nt entitled to refund off them and to get back in touch with Love Holidays. I had done loads of online chats and have emailed their accounts . I asked the agents on the chats this... If we could nt go cause of government advise and the hotel was closed then why would the 4 of us got on a plane with no where to stay???I've lost over £600 but I'm still fighting for this. Also £100 was for 2 suitcases to go in the hold .. I'm fuming still. I've contacted the CMA because they have got involved with Love Holidays and making them pay back over 18 million customers.. they are investigating suspected breaches of Consumer Protection Law in the package holiday sector. On my ATOL it stated package holiday yet Love Holidays still that i won't be getting my money back and said that decision is final. Waiting to see if I hear from the CMA. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM

Holiday cancelled due to covid via an email . Instructions in email to wait and we would be contacted .. we have had to contact them and only to be told they are doing they best to sort it and it isn’t down to them to refund our flights even though it was a full package deal .. Ryan air flights have emailed us saying flights cancelled all references same given by love holiday but apparently it’s now not the right reference when filling online form with them ! It’s called screen scraper bookings , when a company use an airlines page without legal permission and also add they own surcharges,so you won’t even get back full flight amounts !.. absolute disgrace how love holidays get away will this .. fuming isn’t the word . We actually spoke to a person through the new booking line the only line not to busy too covid !! Told us to ring customer derives knowing the lines are closed ..

Would give 0 stars if possible always used this company then covid hit yes not there fault but the way they handled it was disgusting my hotel was closed I couldn't get though on the phone took hours to get though on live chat I eventually did a charge back I then incorrect got told loveholidays had won the charge back and were waiting for a refund it took 10 long months in total for them to say charge back closed and ruled in my favour never ever again with this company

We booked a holiday with this hotel but after written and verbal confirmation they would not honour the price they agreed and we had already paid in full. They asked for more money and then cancelled our booking. Very unprofessional

The last person who put the last review A co worker from loveconholidays . What is the need putting a silly review go on trustpilot like your other work collaegues do putting fake reviews disgusting behaviour yet again form this disgusting company

We booked a hotel in Dubai for March 21, I was very apprehensive after reading all the negative reviews regarding love holidays but we have had fantastic service. They confirmed 2 weeks before we were due to go that they had cancelled our reservation due to the pandemic. We were told we would received a refund within 2 weeks of our departure date. We were due to depart on 31/03 and we have our money in our bank account today 03/04. I wanted to write a positive review after Love holidays seemingly letting a lot of people down at the beginning of the pandemic. Lets hope they learnt from them mistakes.

Shocking service, with unhelpful and incompetent staff. Who are just reading from a script. Now 2 months and no refund and like blaming the airlines. Won't use again.

They hang in to your money, don’t give refunds inside of 14 days. No longer with ABTA as still advertised. Chat line can’t help, reply’s scripted. Shamble of a company. Don’t use or trust!

Absolute shower of shiite. Booked our holiday last year to one hotel only to realise that THEY had booked us into a different hotel and not told us!! Customer service is non existent !!! PLEASE AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!

Please save your money!!! They are a cheating, lying disgrace. No refund since last August. Now started court proceedings. Save the stress and your hard earned money book else where, or put it down the nearest drain at least it won’t line their pockets

LOV 173117OU Holiday booked 31-08-20 Hotel closed. Refused to move holiday to next year and refund still not received. The holiday was not ABTA protected as I thought as unbeknown to me the hotel and flights were not a package deal so not protected even though I had the certificate Do not use this company

Even staff members are at on here putting fake reviews carrie 75 get a grip disgusting behaviour from a co worker from loveconholidays . Do give this disgusting out fit your hard earned money they will steal it and rob you. They staff on line chat tell you lies and cut you off ,if anyone books with it's your loss avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid

Terrible can’t get in touch,then don’t refund suddenly on date meant to refund by they pay a small amount back saying you made alternative arrangements when u haven’t so it looks like they have made payment so they don’t get taken to court DO NOT USE holiday was meant to be last year still no refund

My family and I were booked to go to Sicily last August, with a package deal through loveholidays. Due to the pandemic, we decided to change the date. This was both easy and stress free, we did not have to pay any surplus charges. We were due to go on the 2nd April this year and this has been cancelled, due to the pandemic. We have just received a full refund for both the Easy Jet flights, transfers and accommodation from loveholidays. We had to apply for the refund for the flights directly with Easy Jet and the rest through loveholidays. It was all very straightforward. I just wanted to say thank you and we really appreciate that we weren't even charged an admin fee. We have been refunded every penny that we paid. You hear so many awful stories but loveholidays have always been really reliable and provided us with some fantastic holidays. We will definitely rebook this holiday next year. You can trust this company and I hope that they thrive again once life returns to normal. Thank you again,

Got to be the most unprofessional company I have even dealt with. Canceled my booking without informing me. I requested to change dates but they ignored questions asked. Very rude on chat. Closed chats on me. No way to contact them by phone. Don’t call you back. The list goes on... I will be taking legal action as my money has not be returned or holiday amended as I had requested. Avoid at all costs!
