“We loved our holiday at Elounda residence. We enjoyed a two bedroom villa with private pool which the kids really enjoyed. The venue had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the kids club and the facilities including the waterpark. The food was lovely with plenty of variety. All The staff were brilliant and really made us all feel welcome. The resort is located on a fairly steep hill but they had golf carts to transport guests 24/7. I enjoyed walking up and down the hills to burn off the lovely food i had eaten. First class holiday with the nicest members of staff we have ever experienced.😁”

“One star was generous the actual island was lovley. The hotel was hot no ac no fans. One plug in each room which one of them was fizzing. No entertainment in the evening, only one staff member in the building at all times. Cleaners only came once we asked for them after 5 days. Staff not help full, just say ask at reception and reception barley speak any English.”
