“We stayed at the Novotel and had a great experience. The location was excellent, with easy access to transport and plenty of shops nearby. The rooms were clean, the staff were lovely, and the air conditioner worked well. The whole process of booking and paying was simple. When I had questions and couldn’t reach customer service, they called me back — I was genuinely impressed by the level of service. We felt supported whenever we needed information or help with anything. Thanks to Loveholidays, we had a wonderful trip, and my father’s lifelong dream finally came true after so many years: he got to see the Eiffel Tower..”

“A basic and compact room which was very well fitted out. A 15 minuet taxi from the centre or trams are available too. The money we saved on the hotel paid for travel costs 10 times over. We got exactly what we expected and had a lovely long weekend.”

“I am giving this a 4-star rating because the customer service phone number is managed by AI bots, making it very difficult to speak with a real person since there is no option for phone conversations. We are rapidly becoming dominated by robotics, and I believe this trend will eliminate many jobs and reduce the presence of real people. It took me the entire day to cancel a booking, which was ultimately successful, but the process was stressful. This was not the case a few years ago.”

“Our stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The whole resort had such a lovely, welcoming atmosphere, and there was always something going on to keep everyone entertained. The entertainment was brilliant, with plenty to enjoy for both adults and children. The food was also excellent, with lots of choice and something to suit everyone. What really stood out was how child-friendly the resort was — our children had an amazing time and there was so much for them to enjoy. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and made some lovely memories. We would definitely recommend this hotel to families and would happily return in the future! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
