“Best price and straight forward website, although this is the second time you have declined my Top Cashback payout! I am unsure why you are on Top Cashback if you refuse to pay out. And yes, I followed the rules as I did the first time! I had proof and date stamps and screen shots of the booking etc. I have used Top Cashback for a while and have no issues receiving cash back from other companies! Not good.”

“Easy to book. Payments scheduled so no lump sum at once. Hotel was great very clean and comfortable. Only negative was the cold shower in the evening - I emailed the hotel but have yet to receive a reply...”
