“Easy website to navigate and flexible payment options”

“We loved the location of H10 Delfin, with shops, bars and the beach all very close by. Staff were generally great - especially Pepe, one of the animation staff. The hotel reception was also lovely and informative! The only set back is the disregard for my companion who is a celiac. We emailed twice regarding information and help with the food that would be available to her. We never received any emails back until we arrived at the hotel. But even then, they managed to repeatedly fail to assist her. We spoke to the manager- who wasn’t very helpful and mentioned another guest who is also a celiac who had been ‘very happy’ with the service in regards to menus etc. my friend did not have this experience. In the end, instead of the stress repeatedly every morning (for just pancakes) and her being ignored, and even dismissed, we went over the road to the Fox and Hounds who have a full gluten free menu available with no trouble at all. I don’t understand why we had this experience and it did cause her some distress as she felt she was being a burden (for just pancakes). Other than that, the hotel was lovely.”

“I have always used love holiday to book all my holidays since I started travelling and honestly it’s been amazing . From providing instalment plans which Ofcourse makes me able to afford the luxury I want , to the flight that’s convenient for me and omg the hotels fantastic 5 stars all the time . Would definitely recommend”
