“Wow! We booked the Villa park sun resort through loveholidays and the booking process was so easy and great value I would defo go with them again. This resort is utterly amazing. I was so impressed from start to finish. Emily; our designated host was fabulous and gave us all the info we needed up front and was easily contactable via what’s app our entire stay, letting us know about the nevt days activities and booking meals and excursions as needed. Bassir on the main dining room went above and beyond honestly. Always greeted with a smile and had a table ready in seconds eight where we wanted it and remembered our room number and drink order which was amazing considering how many people were there. He made every meal time wonderful. Ahmed with the housekeeping team on the sunset water villas was also very attentive and made sure our room was clean and well stocked daily. Honestly I couldn’t have felt more taken care of and these three definitely made our holiday even better. The resort itself is amazing. We made use of the watersports and sports centre which we really enjoyed. Also would 100% recommend staying in the water villas. We had sharks, rays and fish swimming right next to us under our Sun deck it was just magical. Would defo say the safari express excursion is a must do. We managed to snorkel with hawksbill turtles, manta rays and whale sharks and those memories will last me a lifetime. If you are considering this resort; just book it you will not be disappointed. I didn’t meet one staff member that wasn’t cheerful and friendly and the resort was very special”

“Transfers too long Hotel very basic apart from great swimming pools. Food not great although plentiful Dining area noisy and school canteen like. Room basic not enough wardrobe space for 4 people. Staff generally helpful Nasty plastic cups for drinking out of No ice cream for the first half of the week One positive plenty of sunbeds. My bad experience is not with the company just the hotel”

“I’ve booked several holidays through love holidays over the years and they’ve become one of my first choices when I’m looking for a break. They offer an excellent range of hotels in a wide variety of destinations, making it easy to find something to suit different budgets and holiday styles. The booking process is simple, prices are competitive, and their communication is generally very good. From booking confirmation through to travel documents, everything is usually clear and well organised, which makes travelling much less stressful. The only area that has let them down for me has been the airport transfers. On two separate holidays I wasn’t picked up as arranged, which was understandably frustrating and meant I had to make alternative arrangements. While the issue was eventually resolved, it did take away from what had otherwise been very positive holiday experiences. Despite this, I’ve continued to book with the company because the overall service has been consistently good. Their wide choice of hotels, competitive prices and reliable communication outweigh the occasional transfer issues. I hope they can improve this aspect of their service, as it would make the overall experience even better.”
