Booking efficient, I paid for a transfer from airport to hotel, they did not turn up and did not answer the phonenumber I was supplied with . I had to Arrange my own transfer. I have being requesting a refund for the non turn up of transfer I have not recieved my refund for the transfer todate. Communication is very poor from loveholidasys regarding this matter I have 2 other holidays booked with the company in coming months, you think they would be trying to sort this matter asap to show good customer service This is very disappointing

Booked a holiday nearly a year ago. Flight was cancelled which was not loveholidays fault. They told me to contact the airline myself and arrange a refund direct to them, which I did. They have offered an alternative flight but this is very expensive so I have declined and asked for a full refund. I have been advised that they will not return the the flight price and charge me a cancellation fee even though they cannot supply the holiday booked. I have stated I would consider an alternative destination but nothing suggested or offed. All this by “live chat” which is difficult. Awful, awful company. I feel scammed

Dear customer service team, I will describe a situation which happened to me regarding my booking and it was very disappointing and disrespectful with a customer. I had a booking for a trip to Palma de Mallorca - Spain, I'd be going on 10/09 from London-Luton and returning on 14/10 to the same airport. I was going by myself and my husband, we've been waiting for this holiday for a long time because we had a very busy year so far. Booking LOV3586184U Although, we don't expect that unforeseen happens, and on 01/09/2010 my husband had to go through an emergency operation in which he removed an abscess from his chest. We still thought our trip was going to happen because we were 9 days far away from it, but after the operation he's been told he should go to his GP for a few days in a row to change the bandages and clean the wound because he didn't have any stitches and the wound was completely opened, so he was booked until the 9th of september, however, as soon as we were approaching the date the wound wouldn't seemed to be healing so one of the nurses advised him on 08/09 not to go to Spain because he would have to continue his visits to the GP daily for the next 2 or 3 weeks so I started to run to see how could we move our travel further in 3 weeks, ideally in the first week of October. I contacted Loveholidays on the same day to request only a simple changing of dates,I wouldn't cancel, only moving my hotel reservation and transfer for 3 weeks ahead due to my husband's circumstances , I've read the contract, I knew about the 5 days before the travel but I was not expecting to have an issue in the last minute so I explained all the situation, I offered to send all the documents regarding his surgery and I was expecting at least a little bit of consideration, empathy and kindness but nothing was done to help me and I was informed I would lose all the money I spent in this travel. I know the rules, I know the company's policies, I am not a first time traveler but It was not my choice to change the plans at the last minute, and it was not our fault as well. What's the cost for a big company like yours to make a little bit of an effort to help a customer to change the dates or to cancel my trip and give me a voucher or whatever, I didn't need my money back because I'm still going to travel, I always wanted to visit Mallorca. It's a total disrespect. And for a customer who was concerned about all the plans, and all the money already spent, it's a lot to lose. It was unfair. The operator gave me any choice, only said I would not be able to change or to get the refund. Practically, I've been told I put around £1000 straight to the bin. Now I ask you, was it fair? Could we have imagined this was going to happen? I am only asking for more respect with your customers and to make exceptions when it is needed. And I'll do whatever it takes for my experience to reach as many people as possible so everyone can be aware of how insensitive and non-empathetic the travel agencies can be. yours sincerely, Cristiane Peroni Ribeiro

I booked a holiday to Greece our flight got changed by Ryanair which was booked through love holidays. Love holiday proceeded to tell us we could not change our hotel dates, they did not help us find an alternative, they were not able to reimburse us for the 3 days we would no longer be at the hotel due to our flight changes. What started off a cheap holiday has ended up costing us a fortune. No point in booking through love holiday might as well book it all separately yourself as no support at all and a nightmare to get through to speak to anyone!

I booked my holiday this year with Love holidays as I have previously. Our holiday was to Santa Susanna and our flight was with Tui. On the 16 th of August we received an email to tell us that our flight from Birmingham had been unfortunately changed to Manchester!! We had to get a taxi to Manchester airport due to health reasons also being disabled. The cost of the return taxi was £340!!! Whereas Birmingham being nearer to where we lived would if cost £110 return. We were given no reason to it changing. We thought maybe the flight had been cancelled but found out it hadn’t been!! I have contacted TUI and they are saying that it iLove Holidays responsibility and we should write to them. I’m very annoyed as it’s an expense we didn’t need as well as a longer journey. I will not be using Love holidays again and I wouldn’t recommend them .

Had a week off at Class beach hotel in Marmaris, with my husband and a teenage son. Disappointed is the least I can say. The hotel is run down and very basic. Food was poor and repetitive. This hotel is not at all as you are advertising it in your site. The only good thing I can say is the staff who were trying everything to accommodate the needs of the guest. They were very helpful and we thank them wholeheartedly

Hell!!! Booked a holiday for a week in Turkey. The pictures we saw turned out to be another hotel. Hotel Faro. We booked Munamar but the photos were if Faro. FALSE ADVERTISING!! SCAM!! We booked a 2 bed we got a room for myself partner and 2 children. No bedding. We froze at night as air con in but without boiling. Dirty rooms. Old and so badly in need of updating! Claimed to be a 4star was never a 4 star more like a 1 star. Nobody would help us. Love holidays ignored our emails. Everytime we try to speak to a person we get a bot. All inclusive food was cold and the same slop daily. Food covered in flies. No kids food. Advertised kids club there wasn't one. The pool was filthy. Literally the holiday from hell and the worst of it is they false advertised the holiday. We want a refund and of course they don't want to play ball!!!

HOLIDAYS DO NOT BOOK WITH LOVE HOLIDAYS I actually don't no where to start this review We booked our holiday and were staying in dorada palace hotel which we took loads of time in choosing it to suit our 3 kids only to get a email to say it was double booked and we had no room. We were then offered a new hotel palace pinada not in salou but we accepted it. Fast forward to arriving in Spain to arriving at the hotel for them not to have a booking for us. We were there for hrs with 3 children one is a baby with nowhere to go after hrs of calls we were offered a hotel which we were told was 15 mins from salou to been in a taxi for 45mins and 62km away we refused it as we were no longer even in salou. The complete devastating experience as we were all crying. With our only option in our mind to fly home but we couldn't get a flight. So I went on to booking.com and got an apartment not suitable for kids might I add but we literally had no other option left. We had no food no entertainment no kids club nothing like we paid for originally. I felt sick every day with my kids in this position. Now to money we were refunded for hotel which was €1177.48 but we paid €1427.48 There's a €250 shortage in refunded. Also paid €121.00 for private transport when never turned up so I also had to pay for taxi back to airport. We had to pay for cot for baby and we had to feed our family of 5 for the week value of €900. I paid for full board but didn't receive. Our holiday was ruined kids had the worst time and I did waking up in tears everyday feeling helpless. Very disappointed

Got message saying british airways have cancelled our flights to the Domican republic in may of 2023. Offered us to us the money for another holiday or take a full refund, when we asked for a refund they then took a percentage out for them selfs so how is that a full refund. Then can’t get hold of them on the phone , And give you a computer to answer your questions that you never get an answer for, Rip of in these times. Will never use again Once I asked for refund they closed the conversation so you can’t get hold of them again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY RIO OFF MERCHANT’S

Bought package holiday flights were cancelled , it has been more then 2 months still waiting for refund. There is no even phone number to call them only automatic chat which is useless!!!! Please avoid. Scammers company. Shocking experience

Would give 0 stars if possible, booked holiday through this shambles of a company, airline cancelled flights but could not get refund from Love holidays...avoid and book with a reputable company....Customer service is terrible,they do not have a clue what they are doing, absolute joke. Will be following up in small claims court...

Used loveholidays a few times and usually with no problems. However, travelled with them in April and our hotel wasn’t even open. When I submitted a complaint on my return nobody got back to us despite multiple attempts to follow up the complaint. Bad enough leaving a family with an 18month old stranded in the middle of the night in somewhere they didn’t know but to not acknowledge their error and at least respond to a complaint is disgusting. We will not be using them again.

Have booked and paid in full for 1 week in Turkey flights with Turkish airline. Wanted to book extra leg room seats so phoned Turkish airline who only ha e 1 seat for me and my wife. Told me to contact love holiday wo eventually answered on thier chat but they did not have my confirmed booking ref or my flight summary until I sent a photograph of what they had sent me. Love holidays answer was I need to contact Turkish airline. Turkish Airlines answer was I need to contact love holidays. And so the merry go round Co tinges. Love holiday I booked with you but so wish i had not.

What a con of a company. They took my deposit twice, i messaged them on instagram which i heard was the best way to contact them, but unstead ignore answering my query, they blocked me. The hotel that we paid for wasn't even booked, they told me on live chat that they don't book that until the week before, which is very odd. Customer service is a joke, staff haven't a clue & are very rude. I paid my deposit but tried to dispute it because of the company's behaviour, but they didn't refund or block future payments, so i took an overdraft out for the deposit amount with no intentions of paying it, and moved all my future payments out to make sure these con artists font get another penny of my money.

Avoid! This company miss sell their hotels. Almost ruined my holiday. Customer support number did not work. Live chat on app was not interested in helping and just ended the conversation. Had to find alternative hotel last minute and transfers. Avoid this company and book with a more reputable firm.

The initial online booking was easy including changing flights and booking transfers to and from the hotel. BUT if something in the booking is incorrect it’s a nightmare. They say you can change things yourself online. Not true in my case. No one to talk to and it took hours over two days just to get queued for a “chat”. The agent I was eventually put on to promised to get the problem sorted in 48 hours. This didn’t happen, so more hours online but couldn’t get queued again so in the end I gave up and cancelled the holiday.
