“Horrible place to stay, disgusting food, everything is so far away only one restaurant one bar, so if your not allocated a room near restaurant or bar you can walk 10 min to eat and drink, staff very unfriendly have zero understanding to people with disabilities Autism. Cleaning of bungalows while you are there is non existent no clean bed linen no clean towels had to ask for additional toilet rolls, this place needs serious attention to detail...overall such a bad experience that I do not want to go back to Fuerteventura because my stay there was just miserable”

“Overall the holiday was excellent value for money. The location of the hotel was excellent and transfers and flights were excellent. The hotel was so much potential but is run down, under staffed and unclean. However we did have a good time.”
