“First time booking with love holiday was a great experience from start to finish nadia who was our tour rep she was fantastic very helpful and we went on excursions and booked a couple trips great experience in thailand phuket would definitely recommend them and rebook somewhere else next time thank love holidays team”

“We’ve just had our third trip to our third country with LoveHolidays.com. Each trip we’ve had has met all expectations and have been without issue. The reluctance I had to book with them has been thoroughly diminished. What I’d say to others who are considering booking with LoveHolidays.com is to remember that although a package has been put together - it still requires you to make clear decisions that you might otherwise take for granted when booking with a high street travel agent. Make sure to update your luggage allowance accordingly, choose the right transfer options for you and book the other comforts that aren’t included in the price you first see to have the best experiences. Loveholidays.com are not a travel agency- they are more of a broker, to find the best deal for you. You may arrive at your destination and have invites to meet the actual agency your stay is booked with. If you have any issues- it’s them you’re gonna reach out to, not loveholidays.com. We have never had an issue and we have had only good experiences with the reps we’ve met. I would recommend LoveHolidays.com to anyone who has the attention and foresight to book everything they need to have the perfect trip.”

“Overall, our holiday was very disappointing, mainly because of the standard of the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet the expectations we had when booking our holiday. The cleanliness was very poor. Our room was not properly clean, the hotel generally did not feel well maintained, and on some occasions the towels provided were dirty. This was particularly disappointing and made us question the overall hygiene standards of the hotel. The weather was extremely hot, and although the rooms had air conditioning, there was no air conditioning in the reception area. This made waiting in reception or trying to speak to staff very uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi was available but extremely poor and unreliable, making it difficult to use properly. The food was very repetitive, with limited variety during our stay. We were also disappointed by the lack of communication from the hotel regarding the à la carte restaurants and menus. In fact, communication from the hotel was almost non-existent. Guests were not given clear information about arrangements and often had to find things out for themselves. I would like to make clear that our experience with Loveholidays itself was much better. The communication and updates we received from Loveholidays were good, and I was happy with the support provided by your team. The main problems were with the hotel and its standard of service. The airport transfer was quick and efficient, and I would like to acknowledge that Jade and the transfer staff were helpful and pleasant. The buses were air-conditioned, and the pick-up and drop-off times were good. However, we had specifically paid extra for a private transfer, but we were picked up by a shared bus instead. Although the bus service itself was good, we did not receive the private transfer that we had paid for. Overall, this holiday was a major disappointment. The poor cleanliness, dirty towels, repetitive food, lack of air conditioning in reception, unreliable Wi-Fi and extremely poor communication from the hotel significantly affected our experience. We paid for a holiday expecting a comfortable, clean and enjoyable stay, but unfortunately the hotel fell well below the standard we expected. I would not recommend this hotel and would strongly advise Loveholidays to review the standard of this property. I also believe we should receive appropriate compensation for the poor hotel experience and a refund of the additional amount paid for the private transfer that was not provided.”

“I think we had the best holiday we had in years because of love holidays. We have never used them before, but now we will always use them. Everything is laid out for you, pay monthly, reminders, absolutely fantastic service, holiday was everything we could have hoped for and more. I will recommend love holidays to everyone I know.”
