Been trying to amend holiday dates for 3 weeks to no avail. Live chat is useless Phone is useless cannot get through. Avoid at all costs.

booked a package holiday with them . flight got cancelled . and we can not fly from another airport . but they will only offer flight money back not full package . and you can not get in touch with them

Learn more Lauren Hunter 0 reviews GB Rated 1 out of 5 stars Hotel Cancelled 😠😠😠 Absolute joke 😠😠 so booked a package holiday in November 2021 for June and everything was going well received regular emails on the lead up to it saying "the countdown is on" right up until 2 days before we arrived.So the flights and transfers we're all ok and we arrived at hotel palmeras in Tenerife around 11pm so we were really tired and just wanted to get a good night sleep and start our holiday the next day but that's when everything went downhill,the hotel took the details and got the email on screen only to say "Hotel Cancelled" I thought surely there's a mistake and if not they'll put us up for the night and sort it in the morning but only to be told there's nothing they can do and there's no rooms available and there was no way to get in touch with love holidays there was no phone number,live chat at that time absolutely nothing could be done until the next day so after hours of trying the hotel said the only thing they could offer was a couch in the hotel lobby and by now it's 3am and the cleaners come in at 5am so there was no chance of any sleep.So the next day finally arrives and were right on the phone to love holidays eventually only to be told to wait 3 hours as they'd need to look into it.Still absolutely raging but thought something is finally getting done so we'll go for breakfast in the meantime ( still in our traveling clothes and suitcases in tow might I add ) so 3 hours passed and still nothing so I phone again and the result was "sorry there's nothing we can do the refund is in process now and it's out of our hands" no explanation no apology no nothing.So now we're both worrying what to do we had paid for an all inclusive holiday which has been a total nightmare and how I don't get why the flights and transfers we're all ok and not the hotel.In the end I had to borrow money for another all inclusive hotel so we could try enjoy the rest of the holiday.Its been over a month now and still no refund and trying to get hold of anyone is absolutely shocking.i really hope nobody experience's what we did.

Used Love holiday for the last 5 years without any issues. Went to PORTUGAL this year and paid for private transfer. From the airport to the hotel the driver didn't show up,and from the hotel to the airport the transfer was NOT private. We may contact love holiday who said them investigate. Upon returning to the UK they basically wash their hands of it. I lost about €50 with the cab fair. But they've lost my custom. It shows you how it's run. Plenty of other travel company's out there.

Once you pay them you don’t hear from them snd can’t get through. We were going to Antalya through Frankfurt from Glasgow. We ordered a taxi from airport. On way there was no show and on way back was a shuttle bus. We could have got our own taxi cheaper. Our luggage got lost, both ways, NO SUPPORT, we were refused access onto our connection flight on way back as our flight was late in coming in, NO SUPPORT, we then had to ON OUR OWN book into an expensive hotel as it was late at night and was only one free, book flights ON OUR OWN to London then hire a car up the road. All in all we spent more getting home from Frankfurt thsn the actual holiday. NO SUPPORT FROM LOVE HOLIDAYS AT ALL. I strongly suggest that you don’t use them.

Booked a holiday on Tuesday 19th August with loveholidays web site had no emails no confirmation nothing even tho my deposit went out rang them 72 hours after stil not sorted then they gave me a booking number says they wil sort it again heard nothing then 7 days later no call just to get a email saying we heard back from the hotel and no dates are now available even tho there was wen booked got all the proof here screenshots etc here coz I complained they refunded the deposit said have a nice day a absolute disgrace of a company called loveholidays.com stay well clear avoid at all costs

Booked a holiday to eygpt for 12th June,easyjet cancelled the flight 2 days from going so we could not fly,got back flight money but love holidays not refunding the rest 7 weeks now,contacting them is a waste of time as no response, they are a complete shower of s--t,we will never use them again

This is a very very very unprofessional company. The people who work for love Holidays sincerely require customer service training. I have never had such a bad experience when booking a holiday, EVER! I am so upset with the out come. The reason I was unable to attend the planned package holiday was due to covid restrictions which was out of my control, for which I was penalised and charge a significant fee…. I am proceeding with further action as this surely cannot be allowed

Please NEVER EVER book a holiday through this company. Me and my wife have never experienced such BAD customer service. My wife booked a surprise holiday but realised afterwards we could not make the trip because of covid restrictions. We called right away for a refund realising we will probably loose some money. I am honestly shocked at the attitude and the way we were spoken to by the people who work for this terrible company. I think we went through every person who works in that call centre. No one was willing to help. They had no manners, no knowledge. No people skills what so ever. It’s like they didn’t know what planet they are on. At one point a manager left us on hold for over an hour. I actually then called off my phone to ask why we were still on hold. It turns out he had forgotten about us!!! Any way after 4 hours of talking and being on hold they charged us another £450 to cancel our booking. Please never use this terrible company to book a holiday. Booking a holiday is meant to be a happy easy transition. This company and the people who work for it are a complete shambles.

I have got the same problem with wrong surname as Malcom Emmanuell!!! They put in to system the wrong names, and then asking of it 25 pounds and Ryanair 115 pounds. Because, they said to change the wrong surname with Flight company first. When I tried to went in to Ryanair site, the email address that they sent to me was wrong, and I could not to see my flight booked and change the names at all. 48 hours after booking you can change the passenger names for free, after 48 hours they asking of you 115 pounds. I havent paid next payment, just with houpe, that they going to contact me, and what do you think? They dont call me at all!! Just try to collect my money with every day message.. I think, there is the reason to contact the police. this is definitely Scamm!!!!!

Booked a holiday through loveholidays. com, they took a deposit leaving my holiday as pending as my rooms were not available. They offered me a cancellation and refund, I agreed to this, they cancelled it but I received no refund. Please avoid this holiday site as they don't do what they say they will do, they are not to be trusted

I just recently went to Lanzarote Playa Blanca through LovHolidays. I stayed at Playa Limomes Bungalows for 7 days. We had noise from the hotel behind every afternoon and evening for the whole of he seven days, mostly Karaoke very loud. When I got back I complained by letter to LovHolidays. They asked if I had any video or pictures. Luckily I had take my video camera and did record the noise many times. So I sent that to them and haven't heard anything back. Don't think they thought I would have proof. My experience about LovHolidays is they take your money and disappear, so if you have problems you can't get hold of them. My holiday was ruined and I was more stressed when I got back. Do yourself a favor use a decent travel agent as LovHolidays will destroy your holiday and won't give s dam

We booked a package holiday with love holiday. Our outbound flight was cancelled. and we where unable to fly out. Trying to get a refund from love holiday is impossible. Their are no people to talk to no phone numbers or email. Just a chat bot which is no help .I will never use this company again.

I booked a package holiday through these guys and didn’t think anything more of it. Having been on many package holidays, I’ve never really checked the distance from the airport to the hotel as it’s usually within reason (1 hour or less). Get to the airport and it turns out the hotel is 3 hours drive from the airport the package flies from!! We had to get a taxi to the bus station for €42, a bus down to almeria for €40 and then an 1 hour and 10 minute taxi for €120!! We come to find out there’s a closer airport… Why did would this package not fly into almeria airport for this hotel?! It is my fault admittedly for not checking the distance but it’s not clearly displayed and you just always presume it’s close, I’ve never had anything like this happen to me before. Took us nearly 7 hours to get to the hotel from the airport all in all and my mother is in her 60s, with a bad back, lugging a heavy suitcase around for hours on end. We only brought €210 cash as it was all inclusive hotel and a 4 day trip. Contacted their customer services, sat on hold on the chat for 45 mins, despite logging on when they first opened, to ask if we can change airports, get a transfer or what else can we do, said they could do nothing and don’t seem to care at all once they have your money. Will be putting in a formal complaint.

Booked a holiday with flexible payment plan and completed the wrb form with deposit. Upon receipt of the confirmation we learned that there was an error with the names. Luckily I had screen shot the original webform, my partner wanted to forward me the details before proceeding as I was away. The first thing a customer would naturally do is to contact the customer support, apparently they cannot be reached at all, no contact telephone or email or even a post. The only way to contact them is via Insta chat which I found it odd. We explained our issue and our expectations is to be dealing with a "Customer Service" but instead it was an arrogant angry 'pimp behaving' person who was extremely defensive not accepting any of our explanation and insisting that the fault lays on us. Bare in mind that we only requested to correct the names, finally the agreed but for an extra charge, just to change names We refused to pay and explained that it is not fair, the arrogant person snapped and said that our order is canceled, no refind will be issued and they will not discuss this booking any further, also threaten us clearly that if we informed our bank they will then dispute and fight back, then he left the chat. We informed our bank that our order was cancelled for no reason from their side, we provided our story and in return, the the arrogant customer care has Don exactly what he said, he informed our bank that we initiated the cancellation and now our moneys are gone.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this travel agent had an amazing week in dubai booked by this company. Can't thank them enough Raffles the palm. Absolutely amazing hotel. Would also recommend booking at this resort. You won't be disappointed. Thank you to all staff. You were all amazing and the owner should so proud of each and everyone of you. . 01.07.22 to 08.07.22
