“Booking was simple and all information given to us was clear. When in Crete we had an issue with our hotel. The customer service from Love Holidays was brilliant. They answered our query straight away and got straight onto the hotel. When the issue couldn’t be resolved they sent us a partial refund to make up for what couldn’t be sorted. Will definitely use them again to book holidays!”

“Just returned from Kiwengwa Beach Resort in Zanzibar. Food and staff lovely. Fell over and needed wheelchair, Doc on site very nice, and hospital at the end of the road. However, not very accessible to the pools, unless you have help. The beach is full of people trying to sell you things. All inclusive has rules (eg drinks before 11pm, extra for branded spirits). Overall lovely hotel and staff.”

“Was a lovely holiday, transfers could have been a bit better as we booked private. Majority of staff were friendly, but some were quite rude. There was a lot of building works going on which cannot be helped but was a bit of a pain. Food was fine, always managed to find something nice to eat. Missed out a lot on entertainment as wasn’t very well advertised. Rooms were fine, we stayed in a basic junior suite. Cleaning was again hit and miss, but not enough to ruin the holiday x the trip to negril is defo worth it as the 7 mile beach was insane”

“We just returned from a wonderful family stay at Pickalbatros Neverland Hurghada and we truly loved every minute of it.The resort is very beautiful and well-organized, with gorgeous grounds that are kept very clean.There is so much to do for children and adults alike.The water slides were a massive hit with the kids, and we spent hours having fun at the family pools.The pool parties and daily activities kept everyone smiling and entertained.The evening entertainment was brilliant, with great shows that the whole family enjoyed.The staff were friendly, the food was great, and everything was stress-free.Thank you for such an unforgettable holiday!”
