Have been reading everyones comments and they have done the same thing to me.Was going to Croatia on the 21st July.Have everything paid for including my transfers, luggage, seats on the plane, etc.Received a message on Monday night to say that my holiday is cancelled due to Co-vid.Checked the goverments website and they told me nothing has changed and Croatia is still safe to travel to.Emailed the hotel and they told me they are still open and Loveholidays cancelled my booking.Phoned Jet2 and they told me the same thing and if I cancel my flight I will lose everything.I have sent numerous emails and messages to them with no reply.Cant even get on there live chat because its non existant.Havent even offered me a refund, voucher or anything.I like a lot of other people have used there site for the past few years and will never use them again.I would advise anyone right now not to use them as something is badly amiss and someone needs to step in right away and stop them from advertising holidays so they can rip people off and tell them its Co-vid.I think this company is going bust and are trying to rip off as many people as possible before this happens.Should be held accountable for their actions right now and I will be starting legal action against them ASAP and everyone else should do the same.

Shockingly bad. They've had the money for our holiday for over a year, they cancelled the holiday a long time before we were due to fly and 3 months after the date they still haven't had the decency to be in contact or refund any of our money. I've tried repeatedly to contact customer service and either get cut off or get no where. Last time (without me even suggesting it) they started in on a spiel about of you involve the credit card company it will take longer to get a refund!!! We have used this company for several trips abroad a year over the last few years but based on this I we will never use them again.

Cancelled our holiday, saying the hotel is closed, we go every year , know the manager well , phoned him , the hotel is open , he said love holidays cancelled, they took full payment, lmpossible to contact , eventually got through , passed to 2 different, people , who both had different excuses, and eventually, they just hung up , packs of lies , you can even book a week in the same hotel , which is supposedly closed , on their , website ... passing it on to my lawyer...

Where do you start with this mob. They are now cancelling customers hotels even though they are open . Why? well guess what they dont pay the hotels until the end of the stay. So cancel the hotel and hold on to customers money and let them argue with airlines whose flights are still on and cant get a refund for the flights. Its time the regulators and govt .stepprd in and closed this lot down.

Since the coronavirus pandemic. LH have been extremely bad as regards communication. Getting a refund from them is a nightmare. You'd swear it was their money we were asking for.I for one will never use them again. You can tell how good and professional a company is by the way they treat their customers when things go wrong.

My holiday was cancelled due to Covid-19. They contacted me to let me know this and have only been in touch to say i should not take legal action against them if i want a refund and have not told me anything about when i will receive my money. 2 whole months later they have refunded me £19.95 instead of the £1000+ they owe me. I tried to wait patiently but i've now contacted my bank to get a refund that way. Their customer service and communication is so poor, just have a look at people's tweets on Twitter for some insight. Please don't book with Love Holidays!

To be fair to loveholidays,i booked 2 hotel stays for the Algarve in April,i read all the reviews that where being posted at the time and all the reviews where saying as soon as you asked for a refund you where cut off the chat line.So i asked for a voucher which i received thinking to my self that the voucher could possible be worthless,i normally go on 4/5 trips a year and was going to use the voucher as soon as i could, Then out of the blue last week i received an email saying my voucher was up and i had the option to renew the voucher with a 10% increase or my money back i went for my money back, and it was put into my account yesterday. this must be a very hard time for anybody involved in the travel industry, and i am happy with my out come. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY. You cannot get hold of them , had a booking for early April, Love holidays cancelled us in March, due to covid19, still trying to sort out. From now on , I will always book through a travel agent that I can talk too face to face.

Just reiterating a previous review of mine since people posting on here do not seem to be reading earlier reviews, which might have helped them. The government IS taking action. The CMA has written an open letter to the travel companies they have had most complaints about - they haven't named them, but we all know who they are! It took me 4 months to get my money back but persistence and complaints to ABTA amongst other measures finally paid off, but i hope this latest action by the govt. means things improve rapidly for the rest of you awaiting refunds. Type in "CMA latest" and you will see "CMA open letter to package travel sector " dated 10th July. In a nutshell, if companies do not obey the law pronto, enforcement action will be taken against them! The CMA still want people to complain to them if they are not getting their refunds - it is really easy and the work of moments to report a company on the CMA website - you do it under "companies acting unfairly during Covid 19". If you read the open letter on the CMA website you will see that it isn't just cancelled holidays that you are entitled to receive a refund, but one that goes ahead but that you were prevented from taking due to government restrictions, and also companies making cancellation charges or lying that you are only entitled to a credit note. PLEASE spend five minutes of your time looking at the CMA site and reporting Loveholidays as that will be more effective than any other action, although using RESOLVER, contacting ABTA and reporting to all the consumer bodies is also worth doing, but the CMA is an independent government body that has the power to sanction Loveholidays if they do not adhere to the Package Travel Regs 2018. Keep reporting them to CMA until you get your refund.

Love Holidays have proved to be the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They are proving impossible to contact directly, messages and emails ignored, no phone lines. I have been owed £3,500 pounds for over 2 months and all they do is put obstacles in the way. Avoid like the plague.

Not a very honest company, holiday cancelled and Love holidays refused to refund me, I had to do a charge back to get my money as they would not honour The Travel package regulations 2018.. The customer service on the live chat chat are rude and just give you cut and past answers and not even answering the question, then when you mention refund they cut you off.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, nothing but thieves and conmen.

Would like to have given zero stars. Absolutely shocking service. Will never use this joke of a company again. No means of contacting anyone. Would advise others in the same situation to open a dispute via Martin Lewis' MSE site. Hopefully the more people who open an official dispute, the more likely someone will sit up and listen.

When we all booked our holidays "love holidays advertised they were a package holiday company "under ABTA regulations. They seem to have changed their terms and conditions mid term. They are bordering on criminal activity. No phone lines open "no email address just refusing delivery "live chat hardly ever available. Can't see them trading much longer. Disgraceful 'diabolical "Dissonest 'disrespectful "absolutely the worst holiday company on the planet.

Same as most people. I don’t know how they’re getting away with this’ it’s a shambles disgraceful and unacceptable. Someone with authority needs to put a stop to this company trading until this mess is sorted out.
