“Good size room ,clean Meal time are not busy and if you dont fancy the restaurant the snap bar is very good The beach is very easy to walk to Either sit on the sand free or hire 2xchair table and underbella for €18 (9am -18:30) Shops are 2min walk and a supermarket 5mins walk”

“Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Hotel Conditions and Service Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel. During my stay, I experienced several problems that significantly affected my holiday experience. Firstly, the hotel rooms did not have adequate air conditioning, despite the high temperatures. Due to the lack of proper cooling facilities, I was forced to pay for a portable air conditioning unit from an external service that works with the hotel. This was an additional expense that I should not have had to pay, as suitable room conditions should have been provided by the hotel. Secondly, I was very disappointed with the standard of cleaning and housekeeping services. The cleanliness was extremely poor. The rooms were not properly cleaned, floors were not adequately vacuumed, and general cleaning was not carried out to an acceptable standard. It appeared that the housekeeping service was limited mainly to making the beds, without properly cleaning and maintaining the room. I believe this level of service is unacceptable, especially for guests who have paid for a holiday expecting a comfortable and hygienic environment. I would like the hotel to review these issues and provide an appropriate response regarding the poor room conditions, lack of air conditioning, additional costs incurred, and the inadequate cleaning service.
