“Hotel was definitely not 5 star staff in the day were rude. Pool area never cleaned whilst we was there. Food was very poor boiled eggs all week for breakfast for me. Booked 3 rooms one was supposed to be a twin when arrived and complained was told they will supply an extra duvet instead of exchanging the room.”

“Great hotel and staff. Rude guests pushing into queues. Sister hotel dosent allow use of pool, water park or restaurants so beach visits are very restricted.”

“Good price in comparison to anywhere else I found. They are acting as a third party though so cannot deal with any issues directly. Our hotel and the location of the hotel were great and we had a lovely holiday until our last day though.”
