“Son denied food due to themed night over on the pizzaerie side even though the same pizza is served throughout the day, had to buy a packet of crisps (only thing available) for him to eat until the following morning as food selection is very limited for children. Breakfast by far the worst meal of the day. Chips, chips, chips basically the only option for children apart from pizza Flavour of food non existent. Bed linen not changed the whole 11 days. Mould on ceiling in bathroom. Floors not cleaned once. Drinks ok... Pool slimey. Loungers if your up at 4am to reserve. View from balcony delightful if you like looking at scrap metal yard. Transfer length website states 1 hour 30 minutes, took 3 hours 20 minutes only 1 stop to drop off and pick up on way back.”

“We had a great holiday, booked through love holidays - booking was all easy, clear communication and information was provided prior to holiday and thoughout. Wonderful Hotel as described in a great location. Private transfers were great and at the times specified. Would use Love Holidays again”

“I would like to put a complaint in about the transfer and the hotel. The transfer just dropped us off on a corner no were near the hotel we didn't know were we were going at all. 3 lads started following us which was very distressing at 4.30 am nobody spoke English we walked the streets for ages trying to find the hotel Then there was the hotel . It was awful all the reviews were bad. The rooms are very outdated, and NO AIR CON it was hot and humid so we coukdnt stay in the room for to long . We had no sleep at all at night as it was even hotter with no air at all. We should of been told by love holidays that that you could upgrade into an aur conditioned room but nothing was mentioned. We had to oay for a fan for a bit of breeze at night. Then the food was awful not fit for dogs it was cold, and not cooked properly the chips was raw most importantly none of the food was labeled to say what it was or what was in it. There was hardly any choice and it was cold and The melons and fruit was very warm and it was very uncomfortable to sit in the restaurant as it as hot hot hot with NO AIR CON ALSO.. then the popl was so dirty with buts floating at the bottom. The reviews for this hotel were spot on it was awful from the rooms to the pool to the food to the restaurant. We had to spend more money to eat out all the time as nothing was apatising to eat at all. Overall the all Inclusive hotel that you advertise was extremely bad. I do t really know how you book people into this hotel with all the complaints it has. There was a lot of people complaining. We would like a FULL REFUND for this holiday as ithe hotel and transfer was a nightmare from start to finish.”

“We are using Love Holidays as our main holiday provider, because it is easy to work with them and the prices are competitive. Our experience has always been great. Either we book long haul flights or near, they always deliver - if you are on the side of the world with your family you want to work with someone you trust. For my family this company is Love Holidays. We have been using them since 2018 and I am sure that our relationship is not over yet.”
