Loveholidays took all the worry out of booking our family holiday. I’ve booked with them a few times and will definitely be using them again.”

“Love Jody ie the best! But hotel where we stay was bed. The hotel looks like it could be a place to stay for a few days. The food was monotonous, there were not enough vegetables and not fatty meat. There was no fresh fruit for breakfast, only dried fruit. There was an unpleasant smell in the hotel corridor on the first floor. A separate very bad impression was about the cleaning of the rooms. When we entered the room, the bed linen had not been changed, the shower in the bathroom was so dirty that I had to go buy shower chemicals and wash it myself. During the five days of our stay there, the bed linen was changed only once and the bed linen was washed maybe twice. The towels were clean but not very well washed, some were stained. Separate dissatisfaction with the woman who cleaned our room, she stole my husband's perfume from the room and returned it to me, when I went to her and asked where the perfume had gone, she went to her cleaning trolley and took this perfume from under the clean towels on her trolley. We were very upset when the hotel staff came to apologize, they said that it was a mistake, that the cleaner took them by mistake. But how can you take only one perfume from the bedside table where there was nothing else? The first few days we always left a tip for cleaning, but when we saw that the situation had not changed, we left nothing else, unfortunately. After this unpleasant situation for us, the hotel staff simply ignored us. Therefore, if you recommend this hotel to someone, then warn them that everything valuable, including perfume, was only put in a safe with a code.”
