“We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel exceeded all of our expectations from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, beautifully presented and cleaned to a very high standard every day. The hospitality throughout our stay was exceptional, and every member of staff was friendly, welcoming and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay special. A very special thank you to the team for making our son's 18th birthday so memorable. The beautiful decorations and birthday surprise were truly thoughtful and made his day unforgettable. It was a lovely gesture that meant so much to our family. The beach was stunning, clean and very well maintained, creating the perfect place to relax. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our holiday so enjoyable. We will certainly recommend this hotel to family and friends and hope to return again in the future”

“We absolutely LOVE the whole process and have always had a fantastic experience booking and enjoying our love holiday holidays. We’ve never really had an issue before, which is why this time was particularly disappointing when trying to check-in! It was an absolute nightmare. It was stressful, confusing and took away from the excitement of starting our holiday. We appreciate that things can sometimes go wrong, but this was a very frustrating experience and something we hope can be improved for future guests. Despite this, we still love the holidays and the overall experience, and we hope this was just a one-off issue.”

“From the initially booking to returning home loveholiday met all our needs. The hotel was excellent, immaculate condition, nice and relaxing beer garden. To get from the hotel there are plenty of options! travelling by bus, metro, taxis to where you need to get too. The shopping centre is next door. €99 Yellow bus tour to Douro Valley and river cruise is a must, excellent value for a day trip of making super memories, lunch, 2 wineries stops, open top bus, fabulous bus driver Philip and tour guides Bee & Bruna. The first stop in Amarante is a magical 30 mins. Bar food available at the hotel, the sister hotel next door has a restaurant. However only 300m from the hotel is a food mall with something for every pallete and beautiful wines, beers and lovely staff great value too. If you go to Ribeira, Old Town here is a hive of activity, cable cars, river cruises, bridge tours and wineries to visit its pricey in this area if you are on a budget but magnificent historical building, walking can be tough with steps and steep inclines, however take your time and enjoy all the beauty. You will soon relax into the pace of the locals which is a slow motion. Get the bus to the beach with golden sands €2.50pp (bring all you need towel..). Be sure to visit the Super Bock Arena for a 360 views of Porto and an excellent tour guide Sophie. Value for money €12.50 pp. The tour ends with a chocolate cup of ruby port overlooking magical Porto. Then meander around the beautiful grounds of Jardins do Palácio de Cristal - Crystal Palace Gardens for free. Top tip wear trainers if you intend clocking up steps. For sure we will return to Porto. Thanks Porto for lovely memories with my sister.”
