“You should seriously review the quality of service provided by your hotel partner. We were extremely disappointed with our hotel experience, and unfortunately, it negatively affected our trip. The room was not properly cleaned and had a very bad odour. We actually had to buy a room freshener just to make the room bearable. The AC was technically working, but it provided no cooling at all. There were cats everywhere, including inside the restaurant, which was very unpleasant. The food was only average, and the lady working at the bar didn’t even seem to know what a Martini was. The cocktails were extremely sweet and tasted like they were made almost entirely with sugar syrup. The bathroom doors were dirty, and when we arrived, there were towels left on the floor. The only positive part of the experience was the transfer service. Apart from that, the hotel stay was extremely disappointing and, unfortunately, ruined a significant part of our trip. I strongly recommend that you investigate this hotel and the level of service they are providing to your customers.”

“Had a great 10 days stay with family, staff all lovely and reception staff was very helpful, plenty of bars and restaurants close by, room and towels changed regularly, everything ran smoothly from start to finish with love holidays, we have booked a few with them now and bern good so far”

“The booking and all the arrangement by love holidays was fantastic the hotel itself is not a 4 star the photos are outdated the food was repetitive and was cold the pool had green slime around edges I cannot fault the cleanliness of room But as for areas around hotel pool was not cleared up well at all I know this is also down to holiday makers as well The water issues in the bungalows is not good at all would I return no”

“Hotel facilities good, spa was a nice little touch the rooms are awful very tired and dated. Paid to upgrade to newly refurbished room much nicer. But for extra €50 per night i could have been in a much nicer hotel for total price. Staff lovely, room clean, breakfast nice.”
