“loveholiday agents work with you according to your budget and tell you the hotel category if it is two to five stars etc. They make your package holiday convenient for you with the transfer, food and your prefered location. Using them is stress free and all you need to do is book online and rady to go. I have just rently travelled to Rabat and returned back into UK with transfer all arranged for my friends and i. It was awesome communication, driver texting and informing me of the pick-up time two days before my return back to UK. No stress and no pressure. Awesome”

“Title: Paid for 5 Stars, Barely Got 3 — Unacceptable Service and Subpar Rooms We booked this hotel expecting a 5-star experience for our group of 10 (including a 10-year-old and a 5-month-old infant), but what we received was a modest 3-star property at best, plagued by severe management and service failures. Nightmare Check-In Experience We arrived at midnight after a long journey, only to be told the front desk was expecting us the following afternoon. Despite showing our official LoveHolidays booking confirmation on the app, reception completely ignored our documentation and left us waiting in the lobby for an hour. Once they finally verified our booking, instead of getting us to our rooms, the staff inexplicably started trying to hard-sell us excursion packages—completely ignoring the fact that it was now 1:00 AM and we had exhausted children with us. The front-desk staff spoke very limited English, making communication extremely difficult. Zero Assistance & Unsafe Room Assignments Our party was booked into four separate rooms spread across four different buildings. Rather than guiding us individually, reception handed all the keys to a single porter. Shockingly, the family with the 5-month-old baby was assigned a room on the 5th floor, even though the elevator only went up to the 4th. The staff pointed to the lift and completely abandoned them to carry a heavy pushchair, luggage, and a baby up the stairs on their own. I had to intervene and help them carry everything up. Despite requesting a change immediately, it took three full days to get them moved to an accessible room—and three days just to receive the infant cot we had booked. Poor Room Quality & Lack of Hygiene The standard rooms are extremely basic, dated, and poorly maintained: Dirty & Broken Fixtures: Fixtures were broken throughout the room, and the air conditioning units were filthy and visibly caked in dirt. Plumbing Issues: The shower cabins leaked constantly, leaving the bathroom floor flooded. Housekeeping Failures: Housekeeping was practically non-existent. Rooms were not cleaned properly, towels were extremely old and worn out, and despite having three guests in our room, we were consistently left with only two sets of towels. On multiple occasions, no toilet paper was provided at all, forcing us to ask staff or go out and buy our own from a local shop. This hotel fails to meet basic international hospitality standards, let alone 5-star criteria. The lack of care for families traveling with young infants, terrible communication, and dismal room maintenance mean we cannot recommend this property to anyone.”
