“The flight and transfer were excellent the hotel Blue Sea on the other hand was awful, the food was awful not a great deal of choice, we were all inclusive but ended up eating out, we were there for 4 nights, only 2 nights we got any entertainment no entertainment through the day, no snacks through the day only a limited amount of cookies and 2 day old sandwiches. The TV didn't work and neither did the air-conditioneing in the room it was so hot we never slept, would use love holidays again but would not use this hotel again.”

“I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received from Love Holidays. During my holiday, we experienced serious health and safety issues at the hotel, to the point where we no longer felt safe staying there. We contacted Love Holidays multiple times asking for help and to change our return flight so we could come home early. Instead of offering support, we were simply told that because we were already on our holiday, there was nothing they could do. We were left to deal with the situation ourselves, despite repeatedly explaining our concerns. In the end, I had no choice but to pay an additional £380 out of my own pocket for an earlier EasyJet flight to a different airport so that my family could return home safely. When things go wrong, you expect your holiday provider to help. Unfortunately, Love Holidays completely failed to support us when we needed them most. The lack of care, empathy and assistance was incredibly disappointing. I would never book through Love Holidays again based on this experience.”
