“Hotel Service was not five star as mentioned. Service was very poor. Spa and swimming pool was clossed which was not mentioned earlier. Food was ok.but there was no cuisine for Asian tourist.”

“Loveholidays are 100% chrcked and safe to use their holiday service and we were already three times with them on our holidays and really no complaints ...professional support and all clear and simple instructions from booking, paying process, shuttle organisation...all the way until end of our holidays great support and especially reninders. “We had a very good stay at the hotel and would happily stay again. The location is excellent, and the hotel facilities are brilliant. The staff were also very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. One area that could be improved is the check-in experience. It would have been helpful to receive more information at reception about the hotel facilities, things to do nearby, and directions to our room. The free shuttle bus to the main town is a great service, especially for getting to the beach, although there are also plenty of other options and things to explore close to the hotel. There is a lovely beach nearby as well. Unfortunately, the room was not as clean as we expected when we arrived. We also had a small issue during our stay when the drainage became blocked and water started overflowing. However, these were minor issues compared with the many positives of the hotel. There are lots of activities available, the location is great, and overall we felt the hotel was good value for money. We would definitely recommend it to others and would be happy to stay here again.”
