“Flight was fine, trip was fine, hotel was awful, booked a double bed and single bed, ended up getting a pull out bed and two single beds pushed together and 3 single duvets, dust everywhere, burn mark on carpet, door handle was faulty and one day the door didn't close correctly, no bathroom door lock, hair in the bath, hair under drinking glass, broken kettle (the lid was broken and could not be put on the kettle), no milk for the tea, breakfast supply wasn't great either”

“Overall really happy with my stay! Very good value for money and no hidden charges. Will defiantly book with love-holidays again! This was my first time so was nervous but everything was thoroughly explained and I felt comfortable with my journey there as-well as my stay.”
