Absolutely disgusted with LH, due to the coronavirus our holiday was cancelled. We have requested a refund but a voucher has been suggested for LESS money than I paid. At this time of crisis shame on you LH

Bad doesn’t quantify the horrendous loveholidays experience. Would love to speak with someone at customer service, however it appears loveholidays don’t like facing the truth of their deceit. I should be on holiday right now, and like others I get it can’t happen. Love holidays lack of response or action as my date of departure arrives. I get told to hold on until two days to departure date at which time I’m offered a voucher for the hotel side of my package holiday. Then get told I should be contacting the airline directly. I contact Air Malta and I’m told love holidays cancelled the flight and got the refund. Air Malta gave refunds in full. So love holidays will never be recommended by me, they are behaving in a shameful way and fraudulently retaining money that does not belong to them. By telling me not to do anything, wait to hear, then after they’d got the refund on my flights they say it’s up to me. Premeditated dishonesty, in a time where people who have job uncertainty need back money that belongs to them. As yet no refund offered, a voucher is no good to me

I'd give no stars if I could. Disgrace of a company, cancelled our holiday and refusing to give us a refund, which we're legally entitled to, and only offering vouchers instead. Now they've turned off their phones so no one can contact them. Do not book with this company

a fairytale company living in world of lies. breach their own contracts,try to fob you off with vouchers when still legally obliged to give FULL refunds,sell travel insurance that's non refundable yet the company who they use says its fully refundable BUT has to be claimed back via loveholidays… what else can you say? we are all in dire straits over covid19 and LH want to keep our money so they can keep their kids in private schools and keep their aston martins tanks topped up,they know we don't want a travel voucher, they know at least 50% or more of us wont use it so they have money in the bank and not a care in the world.... justice need to be served, refer to simon calders article in the telegraph if you think I`m wrong!!!

Do not touch this company with a barge pole holiday cancelled due to Covid 19 in March not one piece of communication from them no email no no call no text !! And now no phone system to call Them No replies to emails no on line chat available !! Fuming no sign of a refund absolutely diabolical company !!!!

No money to be refunded despite travelling this Sunday to Krakow, lying bunch of effing bastards, ignored and treated terribly this shocking company will rob you blind, lie to you and steal your hard earned money. Dont ever use this company or you will be robbed blind.

Absolutely disgraceful company!! Paid holiday in FULL upon booking only for them to use my stored debit card details to take an unauthorised payment of £387 2 month later! Whilst trying to claim a refund after admitting it was a mistake from their side, their rude customer service team hung up on me 3 different times when I ask for a refund for the unauthorised payment they took!! Absolutely appalling company...DO NOT USE!! and I haven't even started trying to get a refund for my cancelled holiday yet due to COVID19. My holiday total was £718 and they now have a total of £1105 of my hard earned money.

Stinking bastards, cant go Sunday cos of the Corona Virus and have been completely ignored by this lowlife disgusting company, will take your money but leave you high and dry... never, ever use this comany again, they are disgusting liars

my experience is the same as the other reviews, holiday cancelled due to the current sad state of affairs & they flatly refuse to refund, chasing refund through credit card company. they took my money claiming all was well 3 days before cyprus locked down & then refused to give it back. i do not want a voucher, none of us know when we can travel again & i will holiday when i choose to, not when they force me to. so poor id give a zero if it was possible.

Lying bunch of toads, having endured their endless emails exhorting us to not contact them and having heard NOTHING from them despite them saying they'd contact us near to departure, and then told in their own email "Cancelling your holiday: If your airline has already cancelled your flight(s), please notify us of this by selecting the option ‘cancelled flight’ in the ‘My flight has changed’ section of Manage My Booking. We can then review your booking and action a cancellation for you. Any refund due will be credited back onto the card used at the time of booking" I did all this as instructed. Heard NOTHING from LH. Went onto online chat today, as still no word. Now Love Holidays are telling me I have to action the refunds with their airlines and it's in their t&cs. Directly contradicting their OWN EMAIL INSTRUCTIONS. Vueling say they'll refund then send an email saying effectively they won't refund but say they'll give me a voucher for another flight (think you'll find that's illegal, Vueling). Easyjet aren't even answering their customer services phones or inline chat and I can't cancel online even though they claim you can. Both advise that if you booked the holiday with a tour operator to contact the (useless) tour operator. Clearly THEY don't realise LHs terms and conditions either. Having finally managed to speak to LH after a protracted battle it appears the email info THEY SENT is rubbish, so if you've had it, they aren't honouring it. If you have a flight good luck it's down to you to attempt to get a refund on that bit, and LH won't refund anything else til the flights get refunded, its all or nothing. ATOL might say LH is protecting your trip but you'll be doing all the work for them. LH - Absolute joke. I will make damn sure I never use them again and advise as many people as i can think of to avoid them too. They take your money, lie then hide. Looks like I'm going to have to do a credit card claim as these shysters along with the airlines seem determined to keep my money. ATOL = waste of time. Thanks for ruining my wife's 40th.

Have 2 holidays booked with them .. both cancelled due to Covid 19 - vouchers offered are no good to us when my partner is out of work because of this. WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!! Not replying to messages or answering on live chat. As if the situation is not bad enough.Even taking payments knowing the holidays were cancelled, shocking!!!!

They are no help! THEY Cancelled due to covid19 and now will not refund! Chats simply get disconnect. Lines are closed. Refused to raise a complaint. Refused to allow me to speak to a manager! Thanks for your support during these difficult times.

Poor customer services when flights cancelled due to covid 19. Airlines refunded to them. Them refusing refunds to customers and offering a voucher for hotel only! Cutting people off chats and the phone. Appalling! Never again. Lost so much money with these

Disgusting company!!! They are not helping at all ,when trying to contact them about my holiday all I got was rude and unhelpful agents that just sent me links to cancel my holiday and I would have to pay cancellation charges. Iv just lost £1400 and they still want me to give them more money 😡😡😡😡 I will never use this company again

All travel to European counties are restricted so I could no longer go to My Germany hotel and they told me this and then I asked for a refund and they keep enforcing a voucher on me which is the only option they’re offering people. Explaining that this is in everyone’s best interest? I have no money Due to this whole situation and as I’m no longer going I need that money to survive to pay for food Etc they’re just protecting themselves and do not care about their customers. Please never book with these in the future they may be cheaper but you stand to lose a lot of your money if something like this happens.
