“I had an ok experience with love holidays especially Michelle in customer services but please do not stay at the Royal Leonardo forum hotel we barely slept in 5 nights it was like trying to sleep on a tram line we discovered our room backed onto the service elevator and every 3-5mins through the night the worst noise was coming through our ventilation system. It took 4 nights to be moved to a semi quiet room and then we managed to sleep but there’s still the road noise. I feel like the staff weren’t helpful enough and they offered us 2 free drinks after the second night then on day 4 I complained again they moved us to another suite it was no better then finally we moved to a room that didn’t have the elevator noise. Overall a very noisy hotel ruining our experience of Barcelona. However the city is beautiful. Thank you to Michelle I wish I had phoned her on day one to move hotels.”
