“Wonderful holiday in Kos at a superb hotel. White Rock is adult only and perfect for a rest. The food is excellent and the staff are gorgeous . Friendly & warm . We had the best time .”

“Overall experience with love holiday was fantastic, but return transfer didn't show up causing distress. Separate company MTS globe. Sent two conflicting meetings points. Had to resort to Taxi to avoid missing flight”

“Not very satisfied as we end in a different hotel they said is an upgrade but is it ? Can made a comparison. Any way the room at Hotel Capricho in Roquetas was sport on ,food very average, considering that they had just on island of food in canteen and hundreds of people spinning around ,very noisy canteen ,all that you can hear was noice of plates and trolley from waitress collecting plates, no music not enough space .”

“definitely not a 5* hotel, our main issue was with the dining area which was located in the middle of reception. unless you were there at 7pm when the buffet opened it was survival off the fittest trying to find a seat and huge huge question waiting for the bbq and pizza outside as one person would take 3 full pizzas instead of 3 slices. the italian restaurant in reception was also sub par with us receiving raw inedible pizzas. the room was also a bit grotty with the bath/shower being the worse. me and my partner also got very ill on this holiday with us both having intense stomach pain, diarrhea and sickness also this continued once home. the beach was lovely although you do have to walk through the other has hotel to reach it, it had a great snack bar and always sunbeds available unlike around the main pool. it was also had to get your pool towels changed as there was no towel hut and the cleaner did not leave clean pool towels. on departure we used the spa to shower and these were disgusting - no towels, no body wash left, hair everywhere and sand everywhere. the hotel is in a great location with it just being a short walk to nama bay or a short taxi to soho/the old town . overall we enjoyed our hotel but do not go there expecting luxury.”

“Fantastic family holiday – we loved it! We’ve just come back from an amazing stay at Ona Valle Romano Resort and honestly had such a lovely experience. We travelled with our two children, aged 8 and 5, and it was absolutely perfect for a family holiday. The kids LOVED the pool and could have spent the whole day there! They especially enjoyed the kids’ parties and evening entertainment, which was such a lovely way to finish each day. Seeing how excited they were every evening really made the holiday for us. ❤️ The staff throughout the resort were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and everyone we dealt with was lovely. We also booked the whole holiday through loveholidays and were really impressed with how smoothly everything was organised from beginning to end. Whenever we had a question, their customer service was brilliant — quick replies, very friendly and genuinely helpful. It made everything so much easier and took away a lot of the stress that can come with travelling with children. Overall, we had such a great family holiday and made some really lovely memories. The kids had a fantastic time, we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves, and everything went smoothly. A big thank you to all the staff at Ona Valle Romano and the loveholidays team! We would definitely recommend it to other families and would happily come back again. ☀️🌴❤️”
